My fantastic Polynesian review

Hey everyone. My family and I are not home yet, now we are in Clearwater Beach so I thought this would be the best time to give you my Polynesian review.

Before anyone asks the upgrade I mentioned before to the Club Level Lagoon View did happen and I must say the view from there was spectacular. We were in room 3510 and had a direct view of Cinderella's Castle, the Contemporary and the Grand Floridian. So it was fun watching Wishes from there and we even heard the music from the balcony.

The Cast Members working there were wonderful and were able to do our usual requests.

I also enjoyed eating at Captin Cook's for the 1st time. My favorite things there was the grown up grilled cheese and the flat bread pizza.

The only negative thing we found was that it took the maintnace service 3 days to fix a light in our bathroom so we had to ask about this a few times, however everything else was perfect.

So after staying there I would think of trying the Polynesian again at some point in the future.

The Contemporary is still my #1 all time favorite WDW Resort, however I will say the Polynesian was very nice and it ranks right up there for me.

I am glad to hear that you had a great stay!!! We walked by the Hawaii building and looked at it with envy after hearing about the wonderful concierge service. The building is wonderfully located with amazing views. We loved watching Wishes from in front of Hawaii! The lights and tree in the lounge looked festive. I look forward to your pictures! I mean during my families previous stays at the Atrium Club my Mom has always requested a half a grapefruit for her breakfast and the Poly Club Level CM's were able to get that for her.

Glad you liked it, many people have asked if there are any "bad" lagoon views from the Hawaii longhouse, I always answer, in my opinion, no. I think they would all be about the same. With it being fresh in your mind, do you agree?

Glad to hear you liked the poly, I think we were the same time as you. Anyway we had a great stay and can't wait to return to a split stay between CR and poly.

Yes I agree with you that all the Lagoon views in the Hawaii Longhouse are all great, no matter the floor and room # you end up with.

I did not know that, so I guess each Club Level lounge is different in terms of some items being offered for breakfast.
