I just wanted to let you guys know that I had sent a complaint letter to DLRP about the state of our room when we got to the Santa Fe (see my trip report from last November). It wasn't a bad letter per se as I love Disney and can't be angry at them for more than a day but I did say how disappointed I was at having missed my first day in the parks waiting for another room that had light bulbs etc.
Anyhoo, they wrote back a really great letter and offered us a free night with 2 day park hoppers so we're going back in September, 1 night at the Santa Fe and then we'll do 2 nights at another hotel, preferably one with a pool
So i'm excited and hope I can feel a bit more magic this second time around, especially without the cold...so bring on our 2nd trip!
