My experience with The Timeshare Store

I recently got divorced (a good thing) and as a result, decided to sell a few of my smaller DVC contracts.

I worked with Jamie- she was great. Always responded quickly to my emails, answered all my questions (and I had a lot), etc. My contracts sold pretty quickly (2 of them sold within hours). Everything went smoothly. The title company was very responsive too.

So, overall, I had a great experience! They really made it easy.

Yup, they are great. I just sold three contracts, also almost within hours to a few days. Mailing all closing documents out today!! YEAH!! I am sure I could have done this without a company, but for piece of mind, it was worth it!!

I've bought and sold multiple contracts with TTS and it had always been a breeze. I've dealt mostly with Jason and Robert and they were both great, very helpful and patient.

I am glad to hear such glowing reviews. We (unfortunately) will probably have to sell our points in the coming year. It is getting harder and harder to find the time and money as our kids get older to take a Disney vacation.

We are currently working with TSS on a resale of a SSR contract. We're waiting for Disney to decide on the refusal.

Our experience so far has been great. We have worked primarily with Jerry and Jaime, and both have been excellent. They gave our our good advice on the purchase process. We have worked with Jaime since then, and she has been very helpful in explaining what will happen. The escrow company has also been easy to work with. Hopefully we'll close in the next few weeks.

When did you submit the papers to Disney? We are also buying at Saratoga Springs and are waiting for the ROFR decision. We submitted it to them on Oct. 5 and are still waiting anxiously. I hope it goes through. The Timeshare people told me the only thing they were taking back was Beach Club Villas.

The Timeshare Store folks are great.

I recommend them to anyone who is looking.

The only thing I dont like if the time it takes for ROFR.

Of course, they have no control over that, but that is the only issue.

I think that our contract was sent to Disney on October 19th, so we have some time to wait. I bet that you'll hear this week. Things look good for resale purchases of SSR from all that I hear. We're trying not to think about the time and be surprised. Good luck!
