Here's what it said:

Dear Ms. Trawicki,

Thank you for your note regarding the merchandise selection at our resorts. Thank you also for your membership in DVC. I appreciate that commitment and your loyalty to Disney!

I'm sorry that you have not been able to find the type and variety of merchandise to commemorate your visits with us as you had hoped you would, and I appreciate you taking the time to express your concerns. I understand and appreciate that these items can be an important part of how you and other guests celebrate and preserve the memories of your Disney visits.

It is true that the number of resort-specific products had been scaled back over the past couple years. With that in mind, you will be happy to know that we are exploring opportunities to reintroduce resort-specific merchandise over the next year. This merchandise will become available at several of our resorts, such as Disney’s BoardWalk Inn and Villas and Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground. We currently have resort themed merchandise at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa and Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge. We hope you enjoy the selection of offerings that will be provided in the future.

Thanks very much for your feedback. I hope we have the opportunity to welcome you back to your DVC home soon.

Interesting and I hope this is true. Very class act reply from Mr Staggs. What was his email address again? I havent sent my email yet and i cant find the address.

I retried after someone suggested it and I got this email yesterday. Someone else reported getting a personal phone call from a staff member! Hope they're listening!!
 
Good, I'm glad you got a response.....they seem to be listening...
 

They must have canned the response - the response I received just now reads exactly the same, with slight edits for the fact that we're not (yet!) DVC owners. On the down side, not terribly personalized, but on the up side, we must be having an impact if they felt the need to draft a standard response on this one issue!

I also received a response to my email today. Mine is also very close in content to the o.p. Well I guess we've gotten somebodies attention!

That was me, I did get an email and a call but I was out in the snow with my son and I missed the call. I set it up for monday. Glad to hear that we are getting through!
 
my email also got through and the reply I received also appears to be almost identical to the one listed above.
