My DVC

I have reviewed some of my recent posting.
They seem a little negative.
Let me set the record straight.
I love DVC.

I think it is a great value we have used it every year for the past nine years.
Every year we have have stayed at outstanding reorts.
When planning our vacations we look at DVC as being paid for so we do not include those acommadations in budget plans.This has made it possible to have extended vactions.(i know it is not realy free).We always stay off site for a few days prior to going to DVC.
By visiting orlando every year we avoid the typical break in period of a vacation.By the time you figure out where to eat or what sights to see it is time to go home.
We have the luxuary of "going home".There are even a couple of Bartenders who know my drink before I ask at ESPN zone.
My kids are completly spoiled by the wonderful vacations we have had at DVC

Negative postings never bother me...though I don't really find yours to be negative. For instance, asking what would happen if Disney goes belly up or gets sold is a legitimate question.

Posts that attack other people or their opinions bother me, but not negative posts. I'm glad that people report the problems they have with mousekeeping, or CM's or any other aspect of Disney. I always look to see how the problem was handled.

But I wouldn't worry about negative posts unless someone feels you attacked them. Then normally a PM clears that up...I've had to do that myself.

These boards are not only informational but they also rely on our experiences and opinions of the DVC experience. When I express an opinion about something that relates to me and my experiences I enjoy reading the opinions of others regarding the subject at hand. However, some of these opinions come accross very harshly and are often bordering on personal attack, these are unecessary. Everyone has the right to their opinion and they shouldn't be verbally beaten up for it!

I hands down love my DVC without regret, I don't however like the new $95 fee, the 2010 point chart Yada, Yada, Yada but that doesn't make me bitter or negative. Just as I found you to have the right to express yourself and your opinions! I didn't find your posts negative at all!
