"My DVC - Points - Vacation Details"

When I log onto the DVC website I go to "My DVC" and then go to "Points".

There is a link there for "Vacation Details".

None of my future reservations show up and none of my previous reservations show up.

Does this feature work yet? Anyone have any info showing up here?

Mine works. I was just looking at it and my plans for Dec 2006-Jan 07 are there. Maybe call DVC and make sure your plans are still active.

This works for me. All my upcoming vacations as well as trips taken up to 2 years ago are there. I would call DVC. Good luck!

Mine works! I can see my past vacations and my upcoming ones. I would call member services.

Sorry, couldn't resist. Check to make sure you're viewing the right use year. I've caught myself wondering where a reservation is and it's just on the next use year.

It could be a browser issue.
The DVC site seems to be optimized for Microsoft's Internet Explorer.
I normally use a version of Netscape and also have problems with some of the DVC site's features.
My main reason for using Netscape is that it is less of a target.
With a site as trusted as Disney's, I will use Internet Explorer if needed.

I have spoken to DVC on the phone and they were clueless what the problem might be. So they said they would pass it on to the "right department". 3 days later I decided to use the email form on the DVC site to report the problem. Still no response. We have no future or previous history showing. Sounds like a neat feature to have.

i have mcfee personal security on my computer i have to turn it off when i want to post message on this board it has do something about cookies. so when you log onto the site make sure that you except the cookies from the site. then you could delete it after you are done. maybe this will help

Mine works for me also. Made a change in our January ressie last week and that's in their also.

We only closed on our BWV resale purchase a couple of weeks ago and made our first reservations with MS just this past Friday. Checked the website today and all of our points and reservations show up exactly as they should. I was pleasantly surprised!

I almost always use Firefox with no problems. Since the main Disney site went to their "All Flash, All the Time" format, they kinda took that part out. (Can't complain enough about that design, either...makes me want to hurl every time I log in...)

Mine works also. Do you have more than one contract, if so, everything is listed by contract. I'd agree with calling MS.
