Great update Vickie. I did set you up really well on the Beverly. Couldn't believe I got Jonas actually.

I need a new picture of the MH pumpkins. I love how they grow them.

After Figment, it was time for Honey, I Shrunk the Audience. The only way I remember this is the following picture with Jacob wearing all 3 pairs of our 3D glasses, does that mean he is seeing in 9D?



After HISTA we headed over to the World Showcase.



We headed towards Canada first and I think Jacob was excited that finally we had enough people for this picture:


When we got to the UK, I took off to the Kim Possible kiosk and got a return time for a mission. When I returned we watched these guys for a few moments:




We saw these guys performing in France, which I had never seen:


Wow, we had already been through Canada, the UK, and France. We were really moving. Now Morocco:




And a not-so-hidden Mickey.


And then Japan:


Now, the whole reason we were in Japan was for a Kim Possible Adventure.







I have pics of some of the things that occured during our mission, but I don't want to spoil it for others that may have not seen them. Once we finished this one we decided to give the one in the UK a try. That will be the next update.

I forgot to mention earlier that we went into some of the Innoventions things…

Now, on our way to the World, walking toward Canada…

We see this lady who decided to turn her blouse into a strapless shirt. I know these things do exist, but for some reason, it didn’t look right. I just got the back of her….

Here is Emily, pouting about something. I wanted to get a pic of this boat of ice and water fans, anyway.

I forgot about that lady! And I didn't know you took a pic of her. Actually all she did was take her arms out of the straps and push the straps into the top. I guess she didn't want tan marks, I'd be more worried about my top falling down.

And now I am trying to figure out where Jonas and I were while you were in Innoventions because you had Jacob with you. Maybe we were getting fastpasses for TT, I honestly don't remember.

Turn 40 and the brain just goes bye bye!

Now we wanted to do another Kim Possible Adventure so we decided on the UK, but first some entertainment for the men:



We made it back to the UK and started the next mission. Here is a pic of Jacob getting frustrated because Emily kept pushing the button too soon or not doing what he wanted to do:



While the kids were watching one of the clues appear, I found this beautiful flower:


Now, what were they doing in there :


Emily was starting to lose interest because Jacob wouldn't let her hold the transmitter, he takes the missions very seriously:


We ended up in the tea shop where I spotted these cute mugs:


I don't like being in the tea shop because I just know I will end up knocking something off the shelf or Jacob will:







Jacob found a bee so I decided to take it's pic:


It posed really well for me.



We finished our mission and now it was time for dinner. We were trying something new, the Garden Grill.

So, here are the Skinners, waiting on us. For what? I don’t remember…we’re the tourists, though!

Here’s my family, checking out the Beatles band. Making a cameo appearance: one Dooney & Bourke bag.

This is inside the house that the Skinners were leaning against. Whilest they stayed outside, we went inside…not sure why, at the time. It’s a shop, but in the back are little areas to meet characters…this is one of the areas.

This is my DH making himself at home here. He doesn’t know he’s invading…

This is Alice in Wonderland’s area! Notice the now-empty chair. She can be territorial. (child unknown)

Mary Poppins occupied the desk across from Alice. Not sure why these two would ever occupy the same house…although, Mary is magical.

This was on a little table at the back of the shop…it was a clue.

…that these characters would be showing up! We were in a very short line to see these guys.

Next, France. I love this little sidewalk along the water that no one will ever get to…little things like this really give a great feel to the place.

My daughter has an aversion for France, but she seems to be enjoying herself...

I attempted to get a better shot...but to no avail...

We came out with...nothing!!! Amazing.

I had to get the picture of Remy, though. Love that rat. Just that one.

I remember all the stuff you took home. Still can't believe you packed it in your luggage and not only was it still there, but in one piece.

Ok, wait a minute, you have had to go in Innoventions. I just can't believe that. You will have to on your next trip, they are making a lot of modifications.

Vickie, we did come out of the French bakery with something...a fantastic memory of our men being men.

This Brazillian girl walked my with some chocolate mousse:

Jonas: I've got to get me some of that.
Robert: The girl or the mousse?
Jonas: Both!

MEN!!! Funny what I remember from my trips.

Ok, on to the Garden Grill.

So we made it back to the land for the Garden Grill. We had a wait, so we all made ourselves comfortable:





It wasn't long before we were seated:


None of us had eaten there, but we were all looking forward to it. Liked the concept of spinning in a circle while eating. Which is funny because spinning normally makes me sick.

We were seated with three tables merged together, but Jonas and I seemed really far away from everyone else, we eventually figured out how to lower the leaf on one of them and move the table down a little so we could feel like one group.

Emily and Jacob seemed to be having a great time:


This is a character meal and Chip was the first to appear (It is Chip isn't it?)


He stole Jonas' glasses:


But then gave them back and made Jonas act just like Jacob:


Our server appeared and mentioned the MH on the table:


I must have been tired because I didn't even notice it.

And then the star of the World appeared:


I have no idea why Jacob had that look on his face.



The young at heart had to have their turn also:





At this point for some reason I was getting a little mean and started singing, "we have food and you don't" as we spun past the people still waiting:

Now it was time for Dale, or is it Chip?



We devoured the salad and bread, now it was time for the real meal:

Funny how the dog shows up at meal time, just like my dogs.

I finally gave up and used the flash because most of the pics were coming out blurry:




Dessert:


I enjoyed this restaurant, but not the food so much. Loved the salad, bread, and veggies, but the meat were all seasoned with Thyme and I am not a fan of Thyme. I think everyone else enjoyed it though. We ended with the waiter bringing us a second platter.

Towards the end of the meal, Jonas got up to go to the bathroom, when he came back he said the boy behind us had two DS's and was playing Pokeman. Pokeman was the game that happened to be in Jacob's DS when he lost it. Ok, I know lots of kids play Pokeman, but how many have two DS's? So, I looked when we got up and yes, one of them was black, but I couldn't see the actual case becasue there were stickers on it. See, Jacob had the limited edition Pokeman version and two character profiles were etched in silver and gold foil on the outisde of his DS. To this day I wonder if this could have been Jacob's DS, how many kids have two DS's and those stickers were not worn at all, looked like they had just been placed on there. But, I wasn't going to confront someone at the Happiest Place on Earth. As someone else told me, Charma will get them if that was Jacob's DS.

After our great big meal we decided to head back to the hotels for a nice rest. I have no more pics until the next day.

Acually honey bunch - we did spend a fair bit of time in one of the Innoventions buildings.......we were looking for the place where they take your photo and it looks like you're flying over the castle. They don't do it anymore, but we did have a look round and the kids played for a while. It was something to do with recycling/environmentally friendly houses, or something.

You were definately there. I remember speaking to you, so I'm not 'imagining it'.

About the boy with the 2 DSs, but I suppose some kids may have 2, if one of them was Jacob's then as you say, karma...

By the way, before I forget again, did anyone notice Vickie's sig? Yup, she is already booked for next Summer.

I know I live an hour away but I am jealous, I have nothing booked, no real plans. Ok, I do plan on going next weekend, maybe the weekend after. Some Dis friends are going to be there and I want to meet up with them, but I have to work it around being a soccer coach.

Oh, and I don't know if I will get to join Vickie next year. Jacob will still be in school and Kara is graduating the weekend Vickie leaves. Talking Jonas into going the weekend Vickie arrives and maybe we can do AKL concierge or something.

Boy did I fall behind this week. But I'm all caught up now.

You all did quite a lot at Epcot, where the lines not so bad then? Love all the pictures. The pictures at Garden Grill looked like ya'll had a really good time.

Going back just a little...we were really excited about doing the Kim Possible missions, and since Jordan really likes all things Japanese at the moment, this was pretty cool.

Meanwhile, the adults struggled to figure out what to do whilest the kiddos figured out the puzzle. I have videos of what the kids did with each of the assignments, and I'm glad I did that -- but like Melissa, I don't want to ruin it for others.

I like this picture. This is when we (well, the kids) are doing an assignment in England. But what I like about this picture is Melissa...her stance is one of a mother (kind of protective). When I heard that she was going to coach soccer, I thought of this picture...she'll do good.

Hmmm...wonder what the kids are interested in through this window? (j/k, I know why)

Doesn't Jacob know that the buttons to push are on the other side? Love this phone booth, btw.

There's a lot of detail in this little scene, but I don't remember what the figures are made of or why they are significant... it looks like someone dropped their ponytail hair band by the black & white fellow.

This is a funny situation, really. Emily, who is 8, is frustrated by her inability to understand how exactly to do the cellphone assignment without missing something (but her nature is that she is always afraid of getting left out), and Jordan is anxious to do it herself, but restrains herself so that Jacob can shine. So, Jacob runs the show. When we go again in June, I think Jordan will still be interested enough to do a couple of these for herself! (notice Jonas directing traffic in the background)

Wow another update, I can't keep up. Just noticed the siggy. SimmerBaggins we'll be in the world about the same time I suppose. We are going the 6th-12 of June at least that is the plan for now. We just got the ok from the football program that they won't be doing much in June so we can go whenever in June. So we decided on the second week in June...

Love the pictures of Garden Grill. That's one restaurant I haven't seen many pictures of for some reason. It's on my list of places to try next time since I've heard good things about it (and I love thyme).
