My Dog is such a Nut!

I was on the phone talking to hubby about making our DVC ressies today (Yahoo!) when he said
"Hey, you know that 5 lb. bag of flour we had on the counter?".

Oh Dear! The word "had" stuck out of his statement like a sore thumb.
He went on to tell me our younger, food focused, needy dog, Katie greeted him as he came downstairs this morning and her face was all white. She's black and tan so it was pretty obvious something was up. He walked into the room we call the "dog room" to find a ripped up flour bag and a number of piles of flour along with a fine white dust over a portion of the room. He said she was actually eating it.
- I am sorry I am laughing while I type this so my spelling might be lacking -
Our other dog was flour free and just looking in from outside, watching her "sis" dumbly walk right into trouble.
Oh, wow! I havent laughed that hard for a while.
Can you imagine a clue-less 75 lb mutt eating flour?
I hope she didn't eat to much.
My wonderful hubby cleaned it up, but I think another run with the vacumn may be in order.
Oh, I just had to share. I have to stop laughing now.

Aren't doggies wonderful? I'd love to see a pic of the dog all covered in flour. That would be a hoot.

Well, either it was the flour or your dog has a serious drug problem.

Dogs!!! What would we do without them? My dog sounds similar to yours...he ate an entire party platter of Christmas cookies on Christmas Eve. So my dog likes the flour baked and yours prefers it raw. *laugh*
