My Disney Girls Tea is it worth the $$$

I was considering taking my DD to the tea is it waorth ALL that $$ ??

I took my daughter last year on a mummy &me trip it was wonderful the food was yummy the doll is really pretty Rose petal was wonderful Strawberry cake loveley Aurora was sweet it was expensive but well worth it.

We went in 2006. The doll, in my opinion, is very cheap and not high quality. My daughter loved it at the time, but it quickly found its way to the garage sale pile because she prefers her American Girl doll.

The experience, however, was absolutely magical. Me, my mom and my DD, who was 7 at the time, loved it. The food was yummy (but light, so don't count on it as a meal - we were hungry again in no time). The entertainment was very nice, lots of singing by Rose Petal and storytelling. We enjoyed ourselves immensely. However, not enough that we are anxious to spend the $$$ to do it again in August!

The dolls are not the same quality of an American Girl Doll. They are really different.

If you can swing it, it's something you need to do once. I don't know that I'd go back again, but am SO glad we went last December. I was back and forth about the cost, but once I made matching pink and blue Aurora gowns for my daughter and her best friend, I knew we would have no better chance to go (and I wasn't doing the gowns again for another trip!)

I particularly loved the storytelling and singing by Rose Petal. 7 months later my daughter can still sign and sing the song they taught the girls.
