We were just at WDW end of Oct/early Nov and we definately saw the doll. We saw her at Once Upon A Toy in DTD. I believe she had cute mouse ears on. We also saw her in Toontown at the store where you see the princess and now Tinkerbell. I can't recall the price, sorry.
That was a really helpful answer for me for the future.
My friend has one for her daughter and the thing she likes about them is that when you make the Princess patterns or any kind of V-Neck clothes for the doll, they actually have a plastic "chest" and not a fully cloth body like the American Girl dolls. That means that you will see "skin" in the V-neck and not cloth. Seeing the cloth makes some of the doll outfits look a bit awkward.
The outfits are $25 each. Minnie, Belle, Jasmine, Tink, and Ariel were available through the Disney Merch. hotline. I don't know about the dolls - sorry!
