Oh my goodness my account is SO messed up!!! It all started when I tried to link reservations so my husband could have it all on his account too. For some reason, his account isn't right, or I linked my own account twice! So now it says that I am the guest twice. So I changed the things that I could change, like I changed who a ticket was linked to him. But when I went to delete the second "me", it took out my linked ticket! I ordered ours through Orbitz, so I had one number for all three tickets. I try to put that code back in and it won't recognize it, saying it's already there. But I only have two tickets, not three on my account. Oh my gosh, so messed up. Of course they tell me wait time is about 45 minutes when I try to call. First world problems, I know, but it's stressing me out!

This made me laugh because I am having problems too. I even called and spoke with someone who didn't know how to help me so I will call back later and hope I get someone who knows how to help.

We have made three calls in two weeks because of our reservations playing games with us lol. Everything finally looks ok but I am worried when we go to try FP+ Again The nightmare will start all over. What bugs me is twice we've been told oh everything is showing A ok on our end, yet the third person was able to fix all the problems that the two previous cm's said didn't exist.

Since I went back onto MDE and made my ADRs for our August trip, my DGrD10 was suddenly listed as age 9!:confused3 She has been in Disney's system since she made her first trip at 5 mos - and we stayed together on site WITH magic bands, using FP+ and ADRs in November with no problem - she was listed as 10 then - they have managed to keep it straight for the last 10 years. The problem is that now she is listed as a child on my upcoming ADRs and now I have to call and spend time on the phone - again - trying to get it straightened out. I'm a little worried that whatever they might do to 'fix' it could cancel my ADRs. I'm so over this glitchy system!!:furious:

In Jan, I stood at Guest Relations while a CM searched his system for DHs 'missing' ticket (which had been on his band and used previously with no problem in Nov). Crazy that I was able to pull up his ticket on my MDE acct on my phone, but he could not see it anywhere on his computer system. It's crazy-making when you have a problem (and there was a long line of people who were also having problems and were not happy about it) - not that lots of people weren't out in the parks zipping in and out of the FP+ lines and walking through the entrance turnstiles with no problems - but clearly that is NOT the whole story. There is a whole other subset of people who are wasting valuable vacation time standing in lines trying to get their problems with this system fixed so they can also re-enter the 'world' and have fun.

When I called back the second time, I actually got someone who knew what to do! She fixed it and then I was able to go in and finish my fast passes. The first guy clearly had no idea what was going on.

My friend and I have been trying to link our accounts since November! So, we're actually on the same resort reservation in Sept, so figured it would work this time. I was still unable to see her stuff on my account, but she could see mine! Okay...she called Tech Services and they said that I had to call them to access my account. I did...but the poor girl told me I had a bunch of Disney accounts. Well, sure I do. The regular old one, my DVC one, and now my MDE account. Well...evidently, I used the same email address for all of them...not sure why I wouldn't. My friends reservation, as well as all her ADRs, were sitting in my MDE account that could be accessed using my DVC log in for MDE!! Evidently, the system just found an email, on the first account it came to when my friend accepted my friend request, and put it there...too bad it wasn't the right place.

Okay...the CM got stuff moved around, put a different 'character' on my DVC/MDE account so they could be easily told apart when my friend called to move her reservation to the 'good' account. Well...she called and the guy she talked to had no idea what she was talking about. Told her to call a different number...a DVC one. And of course that one closed 10 mins after she called, so they didn't let her connect!
She's going to try calling again today...we shall see what transpires. Evidently...although the reservation is now showing in my 'good' account, our MBs won't link correctly unless she calls and actually updates the reservation! If she can't figure it out with them today, she will have to cancel that reservation and make a new one....and that's tricky since it's a DVC stay!!! This just shouldn't be this difficult!

We have a split stay coming up and I've actually used two different email addresses and set up each on separate MDE accounts. I've even used my work address for the one so there is no similar information aside from our names.

It took me HOURS on the phone to get rid of extra tickets, put me back on the reservation, remove two mystery guests from our reservation (we have never traveled with anyone and it's just me and my DD who is 12 and I've only ever had one Disney web log in) and who knows what else. I currently have an ADR I want to cancel but can't do it online as apparently I don't have authorization to make any changes on my account

For those for whom it works, I'm really pleased. But this has been a disaster from the get-go for many of us. And it's not as simple as a quick phone call. It's a 30+ minute wait on hold followed by another 30 minutes hoping the CM who takes your call is actually able to help.

After a call to DVC TS, I'm all set! Didn't even know I had that account, and it seems that my DVC was never linked to MDE...at least the MDE account I was using! They fixed it, did away with the DVC MDE account, and I'm finally good to go!
