My Disney Experience - problem updating

I have been using MDE to set up our fast passes, meal reservations, etc. I went in and did my room check in / room request thing the other day - it did not save the things I put in. Now I click the little icon that says to update it - make the changes, save and it keeps going back to the things 'they chose'. I cant overwrite it! I only made one choice - I chose highest floor and then marked the little box saying that early arrival is a higher priority. It keeps going back to ground floor, near lobby. I never chose that, and I think if we end up with that it will be super noisy! Kind of driving me crazy that it wont let me change it - I mean, its acting like its letting me - but then I go back in and its back to the ground floor near lobby choice. This has been happening for like a week.

Has anyone else run into this? I think I may have to call them. We bought our rooms / flights through Jet Blue (mistake, I know - but it was so much cheaper!) and Disney cant ever locate my reservation. I need to be forwarded to another department .. its a long, drawn out ordeal - so I was hoping to change it myself.

I have tried using Chrome, Internet Explorer and the iphone app.

Any ideas?
