My Disney experience issues? 07/06/17

Hello!

Is anyone else experiencing serious issues with MDE at the moment? I booked all my FP yesterday and now if I log in it shows no information, no reservations at all??

Just want to see if its a problem just singled down too me or everyone?

that's normal...
the daily FP window opens at 7 am eastern time in the US, which is 35 minutes from now..
often times, they take the system down right before the window opens...
i've experienced the same thing every day...
 
oh well...i just tried to get in as i have to do our fps also...
the system is really really down...
not just FP, but the whole MDE....hmmm.....not good....
it's down much worse than it has been for the past week (i've been doing FPs all week)...

i sure hope the system comes back up....i have to go to a meeting....shoot....

Well, you did mention it opens at 7 AM... Not there yet. By my chronometer, we have about 6 minutes left.

That said, I can log into MDE but it seems like everything else is throwing errors.

yes we're still 5 minutes away, but it hasn't been down like this at all during the days i've been doing our FPs....

This is what I get over here in the US in Massachusetts. MDE lets me log in but then gives me no plans that I have made, room, dining etc.
There must be a system problem.
 
Even the MDE App (Android) is not working.

I am sure they are on top of it though.
 
Considering the excruciating amount of planning needed to make 180 day dining reservations etc etc this is a terrible thing for a lot of people. I made my families reservations a few weeks ago for 10 family members at 5:30am Eastern time, and running into today's situation would have made it totally unbearable.

It's not so bad when it's affecting everyone globally, no one else can get in either
 
I cant recall the last time the site was down this long, this early in the morning. Afternoon- yes plenty of times.
 
Even though it may affect everyone globally, some reservations fill up immediately so not knowing exactly when the system is back online can deny you hard to get reservations. I just noticed that I could search for a new dining reservations through so that part is still allowing access. However, my existing reservations will still not load up so I am unsure whether a change I wish to make in an existing reservation time will be possible. Good luck to all of you trying to make plans today.
 
FWIW, I was able to get into the FP system now. (Even though I don't need to make changes).
 
we also were able to get our FPs about a half hour ago...

i guess what happened has to do with their need to eliminate that FP loophole everyone has been using (not us, but apparently lots of people).
to eliminate the loophole they had to somehow interface two formerly independent systems..
and the rumor was it was going to happen on june 6th...yesterday..

so my guess is, they completely upgraded their entire MDE software system...
and apparently, they weren't able to bring it all up in time for the 7 am FP window..
or presumably for the 6 am ADR window.

well it's up now, so i guess they've gotten it working..
