When I sign in to My Disney Experience and show my Reservation and Tickets it shows MYW + Dining. This is suppose to include my tickets and park hopper for seven days. But on the same page under 'Tickets & Passes' it states 'You have no linked any tickets or passes to your account'.

When I hit the link to add them there's an area to click that states 'Did you purchase your tickets as part of a vacation package?' which you can click on. I do this, put in my reservation number and last name and it says 'this reservation is already linked to my account'.

I haven't received anything in the mail yet from Disney. My concern is when the 60 days are here I won't be able to book my fast passes. I've talked to them on the phone and they didn't seem to think it was a problem, but is it? My trip is not scheduled until November.

One more question. On my last day at the All Star Music the check out time is 11am. Does this mean I would not be able to use my Dining plan for lunch at 12:25 since I will have already checked out?

There are so many problems with the site and app right now. You can try logging right out of the web page and then logging back in and see if that helps, or try the same with the app.

There's a name for the place with these recurring issues..... Robo took a photo of the doormat on his way out.

Frustrating, really. Especially when you're trying to make reservations. Hopefully the log out and back in will help for you.

Dining credits are good until midnight on your check out day so you can use them for lunch or even a late dinner if you want to :)
 
Thanks. I've tried this for days and always get the same response. I sure hope they fix it before the time I need to book my fast passes.

Glad to hear that about the dining. I feared once I checked out I wouldn't be able to use that days dining plan.

I would call and see what is going on. I had this happen before my last trip. I had to call and they had to reset my account. It got screwed up from trying to log into the disney movie account.
 

I think I'm going to have to call. I thought maybe when I get my Magic Band that there might be something on that I would load into MDE, but it doesn't sound like that is the case :(
 
Just as a follow-up. I called yesterday and was told it was nothing to worry about. Today I just didn't feel comfortable with that answer so I called again and asked for the IT department. I got right through and the gentleman saw the problem and got it fixed. The tickets had not been attached to my reservation.
