My Disney experience App

Hi there

We are having trouble linking our resort reservations to our app. We are 8 people and have 2 weeks 2 bed and studio at BWV and 2 weeks GV at BWV 3 of us have part of the stay linked ( each have a different res linked ) but the others cant add any of the reservations. Any advice ?
