My Disney experience app question

hello,

I am unable to load photos via the app to my moms iPad. It doesn't look like the MDE app ever tried to access the camera. I am able to log into the app, etc. but each time I tap on photo pass the app instantly closes. I have upgraded her software so she has the most current version. I deleted and reinstalled the app with no luck. Does anyone know how I can get the app to ask for permission to access the camera?

Go to Settings on your iPad > Disney World (MDE) and turn on the camera from there
