My Disney dreams were shattered - quite literally (need to vent)

We took a trip to the Dolphin one time and the tour groups from brazil were staying there. They were literally everywhere. My sister and I were coming back from MK EMH and they were all hanging out on the lawn and lets just say the display being put on by the girls and guys was very disturbing. They were always very loud and had some chant they would cheer.

I was going to comment on visitors from other countries. All countries don't share the same ideas of quiet and privacy as we do, and it is hard for Disney to decide who's rights are more important. It is usually easier for Disney to just move those disturbed by the noise than to ask those making the noise to tone it down. We have been disturbed by housekeeping at 8:00am and felt this was outrageous as MK had had EMH until 3:00am that very morning!!
