Hi,
Have not been to WDW since 2012. Wait that's a lie, my husband has not been to WDW since 2012. I took 3 teenage boys to WDW on New Years Day this year and we park hopped every park and did all the thrill rides. It was so entertaining to go with teenagers. LOL I have not stayed the night at WDW since 2012.
Anyway, My husband and I are going alone for our 10th anniversary.
We LOVE to eat a lot. I am coming to WDW to eat, ok. The attractions are secondary. LOL. We both picked one table restaurant that we wanted to go to. I am trying to over budget so that we will have money for cupcakes. I want a cupcake every day. hehe. Anyway, we aren't fancy eaters, we like your normal type stuff, burgers, chicken, fish etc. Curious to hear from other couples how much they spent. Even if you are a fancy eater, I want to hear about it. Let's just talk about food. Yessss! Those of you who are leaving for the world soon, what are your dining plans? Are you as excited as I am? I mean no cooking, no washing dishes. No brown bag lunches. I am going to be in heaven.

I know this may sound crazy but we are driving overnight this Friday night and plan to arrive at All Star sports around 7am. We do this on almost all of our adult trips to anywhere, we just can't stand the thought of losing a full day to travel. We crash the next night.

My dining plans!
All of these are including drinks and taxes. We may just drink water, but I wanted to figure it with drinks just in case. The sit down restaurants include dessert but NOT appetizers. I used the menus from Disney world website and then added an extra 10 or 15 just in case we wanted something extra or a snack later.

Saturday 10/15/16:
Breakfast at All Star Sports Food Court: $35 (after driving all night we want to sit and eat a meal)
HS
Lunch at Backlot Express (HS): $40 chicken and waffles!!! =)
Dinner at Disney Springs (counter service) or Sports food court: $60 or we might fall asleep and save $60. I like that option.

Sunday 10/16/16
Breakfast in room: $0
check out of Sports
Lunch at TREX: $100
Check into POP (long and boring story why we had to change hotels)
AK for the evening
Late Dinner at Disney Springs Or Pop Century Food Court: $60 I hear Earl of Sandwich is great!

Monday 10/17/16
Breakfast in room: $0 or maybe sleep in
Lunch at The Plaza (MK): $60 My fav MK restaurant
Dinner at Pecos Bills (MK): $30 My 2nd fav MK restaurant
Close down MK. One of my favorite things to do at WDW. It is so magical at midnight on main street. Oh and I want a mickey balloon. But I probably won't buy one because I can't eat it. Boo.

Tuesday 10/18/16
Breakfast in room: $0
Lunch at The Boathouse: $100
Evening at Epcot
Dinner at Epcot: $100 (haven't decided where to eat yet or to just do Food and Wine samples but I doubt 100 will get us far on the samples.)
This is our grande finale meal, where should we eat at Epcot for $100?

Wednesday 10/19/16
Breakfast in room: $0

HS morning
Leave HS at lunch to drive home boooooo.
Lunch and Dinner on the road $50

Talk to me about food! =)
Suggestions on counter service at disney springs?

The pizza at Wolfgang Puck express was one of my favorite qs meals. It's at Disney Springs.

Sounds like a fabulous trip! I agree with previous poster, Wolfgang Puck Express is excellent, and so is Earl of Sandwich! and they're right next to each other!

First of all, the title of your thread is absolutely adorable and I'm sure many of us completely identify with that feeling!

How about Chefs de France for your last night Epcot meal? I really enjoyed their steak frites on the last visit.
