My DH is NUTS!!!

So my DH had a tooth with a cap on it. The cap came off and he accidently swallowed it. Well I wasn't going to retrieve it kwim. So it was giving him trouble and hurting. This idiot decides to take a pair of pliers and tries to pull it out himself. Ends up breaking off the tooth and now he is in more pain. Good Greif! So this morning I am on the phone with the dentist office begging them for an appointment this morning. Luckily they took mercy on him and he is there now getting something done. Honestly! I don't know what I'm going to do with him.

I have a vision of him going somewhere he shouldn't be going with pliers..... YIKES!

FTR - I've never had a cap so I don't know anything about them.

I hope you mean he was trying to remove the nub in his mouth and not the cap in his...um...well, you know.

He is back from the dentist. After hearing an ear full from the dentist at how unsafethat was and showed him the piece of paper with his degree and name on it, he decided that to much damage was done and he had to pull what was left of the tooth. Now we are looking at a bridge. ***Note to self. Put away all hand tools when leaving the house.***
