My Deep Descent into Disney Madness/May 2013...updated 6x 1/1 and completed

Day 2, Part 3 - What do you know about my dreams, Gaston?

We were flying on a GIANT high after a perfect first character meet with Ariel. Where better to go than our next favorite movie, Beauty and the Beast? We ambled over to Gastons Tavern to try LeFous Brew. It was too early for Gaston to be out, and I wish I could have seen him this trip.

DSC_2577.jpg

DSC_2579.jpg

I loved the Brew, the kids thought it was OK, but loved the cups. I think they were thrown off by the foam on top. The cups are used daily at home, so they were definitely worth the extra price. I don't mind paying extra if it will continue some of the magic at home afterwards.

DSC_2581.jpg

DSC_2582.jpg

DS found a Canadian Quarter that he cherished the whole trip. So funny what kids will get excited about.
DSC_2583.jpg

Mom got a cinnamon roll, very fluffy but needed more icing, because come on thats what we all get that roll for, isnt it?
DSC_2584.jpg

We also got some fruit and coffee. We used DS snack credits where we could, but not everything was included. Look at this beauty!
DSC_2585.jpg

I realize they need to use forced perception for these big pieces, but I wish it had been a bit bigger so I could have really seen some of the architecture of the castle. Still, it is cool to say that I've been to the Beast's castle, so I'm not complaining, just commenting.

While the crew finished up, I jogged up to get Peter Pan FP and then met everyone back at ETWB. The sign said 30, the CM said 60 and we decided to just try it a different day. We didnt wait more than 15 minutes for anything other than 2 things this whole trip. Thats not too shabby!

We had to do the carousel, which DD wanted to stop at first anyway. So a fun little jaunt on our favorite horses. I tried to find Cindys horse, but didnt find her this time.

A girl and her horse, my son was behind us somewhere and I couldn't get a good pic of him. And, usually this would make me queasy, but the Bonine was working its wonders and I wasn't even dizzy.
DSC_2589.jpg

So, I thought Id start the crew with IASW, if for nothing else than to torture my husband with that song stuck in his head. I love this classic ride, but alas it was closed. DANG.

On our way to my almost Favorite ride, we stopped here:
DSC_2590.jpg

The Tangled bathrooms. Forgot to look for Pascals friends, NEXT time. You will notice that our little Pascal is missing from the pictures on this day because he needed a day to recover from our travels. Secretly, I think he found a special lizard girlfriend and wanted to hang with her at pool this day.
DSC_2591.jpg

DSC_2592.jpg

Onward to one of my all-time favorite rides: The Haunted Mansion!
DSC_2595.jpg

Ive never ridden this ride at WDW. Ive done it plenty at Disneyland, but we never went to MK when visiting my cast member friend because I wanted to see the other parks while I was there and we didnt make it there in 2009. I was interested in the new queue and the actual building which is different than the New Orleans mansion style in CA. I LOVED it ALL so so so so so much. Sadly, my kids not so much. Finn was spooked by the statues at the front right away, and we didnt really have much time to explore the queue since the line was pretty short. I had prepped them, and I knew it would be OK once we started the ride, but that pre-show in the dark room was just about too much for them. We almost went out the chicken exit, but we got them through it and on the ride. My son ended up liking it, but my daughter stuck her head in my husbands side and plugged her ears with her hands. Apparently, it was the spooky narrators voice that gave her the heebie jeebies, LOL. Hes MY favorite part. Once we danced with the ghosts and went through the attic (again, my favorite parts) we picked up a few hitchhiking ghosts and got on our way, promising my daughter we would not ride it again. LOL. On a side note, she now says she loved the hitchhiking ghosts and ended up stealing my hitchhiking ghost pin that I scored on the trip. Maybe there is hope after all.

We used our bonus not-really-needed FPs to Philarmagic, which the kids loved last time and it didnt disappoint. That rascally little Donald, he sure can get into trouble. Its no wonder he is my sons favorite.

This is a very familiar scene to all us parents....the don't monkey around on the bars pose. How old to they have to be to resist the urge to swing around on these bars???
DSC_2608.jpg

We went back to Peter Pan to use our FP and ride through London and Neverland. The kids loved seeing Nana the dog and yelled at our Nana during the ride to make sure she saw her. So, if you were riding PP on May 12th and heard screaming kids, I apologize. After the very quick trip, we were starving. It was around 11am&.so we sauntered to.....

Subbing! :) what a great trip so far, can't wait to see the rest! Loved DDs Hair and makeup!!

Welcome! I, too, loved what she picked out, sadly, you'll see that little by little she took off all the cuteness so that by the evening pictures you can't even tell she went to BBB. LOL.

Loving your TR so far !! Looking forward to more !!

Thanks, you are so wonderful to comment so often. I REALLY appreciate it!

Day 2, Part 4 - Dining with Royalty

When I last left you we had done a pretty good exploration of Fantasyland and we were in desperate need of food and AC. So we went to...

BE OUR GUEST

I'd been reading for months about it, and never did score an evening reservation although I'd been trying almost everyday since January. So, we had to do lunch there, no matter the wait. I was trying to get over there by 10:30, but it was more like 11:15 when we got in line. The line was around the corner and halfway down the other side. The CM said 60 minutes, but I knew from the DIS that they over exaggerate the wait, and I was so excited to eat here that we braved the scorching FL sun. Seriously, why did they not create a covered queue for this line????? It only took 25 minutes to get in to the ordering kiosk room. We were still figuring out the DP, but it helped that the menus are available in the line so we were prepared when we got to the kiosk. The whole set-up is so Disney, I swear I felt like I was in the Beasts castle, even after seeing all the pictures and reading all the reviews my breath was taken away.

DSC_2624.jpg

I apologize for the quality of the pictures, as I'm not skilled enough with it yet to figure out how to get good pictures without decent light. The lighting set an beautiful mood, but was hard on my food pictures. At least I remembered to get some this time.

We got our drinks and silverware and set up shop in the Grand Ballroom. I adored that they brought the food to the table, so much easier for a CS restaurant.

I got lemonade and the Croque Monsieur
DSC_2626.jpg

It was even BETTER than the reviews I read. The multigrain bread was the kicker for me, so fresh and thick and tasty. The French fries were well done and I could have eaten this for EVERY meal.

I got the Strawberry Cream Cheese Cupcake
DSC_2627.jpg

My husband had the Braised Pork (Coq Au Vin style).
DSC_2625.jpg

After the vacation, my husband declared that this was his favorite meal of the whole trip.

He got the Triple Chocolate Cupcake
DSC_2629.jpg

Here is a picture of the Lemon Meringue Cream Cupcake my mom ordered.
DSC_2628.jpg

The kids got Whole-Grain Macaroni (no sauce)and broccoli for my picky eater and Slow-cooked Pork for my adventurous boy. They both LOVED their food and it was well cooked and generous portions. I was VERY happy with the quality of kid's meals that were presented throughout WDW, and that they had things that appealed to both types of eaters.

DSC_2630.jpg

DSC_2632.jpg

Cupcake Review, we got all three kinds to taste. Honestly? I could take or leave all three, although I must preface that Im not a cake kind of girl. The presentation was beautiful , though. Chocolate was my favorite, followed by lemon and then strawberry. But, thats just me.

We wandered around and I got some more horribly blurry photos of the castle. My daughter was convinced that it really WAS the Beast's castle and wanted to know where he was. I told her he was sleeping because he has a big dinner party for his friends here each night. Then, she wanted to know where he slept, was it too loud in the ballroom, shouldn't his bed be in the West Wing where people were eating.... Yep, my little girl of the 1001 really well-thought out questions that I can't answer. She still asks about him 3 weeks later.

DSC_2633.jpg

DSC_2636.jpg

Refreshed with some AC and good food, we ventured back to the hotel via Tomorrowland. Buzz was too long of a wait, so we just headed towards main street and caught the end of the Celebrate It parade.

DSC_2640.jpg

DSC_2642.jpg

The kids had a blast, especially once the Mickey Head confetti exploded. They spent 10 minutes picking it up, and I couldnt figure out what they were going to do with them. Neither can they, apparently, because they are still in a baggie in their room. The custodial staff must love the help from all the kids picking up the confetti.

We then took an official middle of the bright daylight castle family picture:
47284040060.jpg

As we were headed back to the resosrt, we were stopped by the Amazing Dapper Dans, who picked out my parents as first time visitors. Which, by the way, was the ONLY magic to happen to my parents. Not another CM made reference to it the whole trip, which was a little sad. They were amazing, and DD loved dancing to them until they caught wind of her and asked her to come up there and then she got shy.

DSC_2644.jpg

DSC_2649.jpg

47284040064.jpg

We got the necessary Mickey balloon that served as a punching bag in the room all week, walked home and took a much-needed nap. At the time I didnt feel like wed accomplished much since we had to change plans a bit, but after typing it out I realized that we had one FULL morning!

I think this uber-cute picture sums up our first morning perfectly!

I just loved being so close to the Magic Kingdom. BLT was the BEST !! We haven't eaten at BOG yet, but we have a reservation for dinner in September. Can't wait !!

I completely agree with you, walking to the MK was awesome and allowed us to stay there longer because there wasn't a long trek back to the hotel to contend with. If you have small kids who will spend a lot of time at MK and you could swing the price, I would definitely recommend this. Heck, I recommend it anyway, but really the proximity is amazing.

Day 1, Part 5 - Another run-in with Royalty

We all fell into our air-conditioned beds and fell asleep to the sounds of the Duffy Channel. Seriously, those old cartoons NEVER get old. And, gasp, I might say I enjoyed it even more than the wonderful Stacy.

I got up early, refreshed myself with a shower, and decided to wander to the Contemporary by myself and do a little shopping. Our view from the elevator bank...

IMG_20130512_152831_163-1.jpg

I scored some Sea Salt bath stuff for my BFF, a pin lanyard for myself, an awesome Crush Pin, 2 Nerd Vinylmations and 2 pressed penny books for the kiddos. I then made my first official pin trade with their board. Exhilarating! I spied a few other things I wanted, but waited on them.

I then went back to get the rest of the crew ready for a 5:50 dinner at

1900 Park Fare
47284040067.jpg

We rode the Mamarail there. My DD wouldnt call it anything else all week.
DSC_2670.jpg

Walking into the lobby was stunning and the band was playing too! My parents loved this hotel.

I knew Basin was there thanks to the DIS, so we browsed. So chic and I was this close to coming home with one of their scrubs.

DSC_2681.jpg

DSC_2684.jpg

DD wanted to by the little bathtub sink for her dollbabies back home.
DSC_2682.jpg

Then we pressed pennies, pennies and more pennies before getting called into eat.

As we walked in, the table behind us had a proposal, it was so sweet! And, what was interesting, as it was a couple there with friends is that almost immediately after the proposal the WHOLE table was on their phones, taking pictures, and sending it out into social media and then answering the rest of the meal.

We enjoyed the food there much more than at Chef Mickeys, especially the famed strawberry soup. I need some NOW, as a matter of fact. I gobbled up the Pasta bar and the fruit, which was super-fresh. In fact, all my daughter ate was the fruit and tiny bit of pasta. The desserts were ok. Again, maybe my expectations were high, but I wasnt wowed by anything here.

The lighting was difficult in here, too, so excuse the weird light tone in these pics. I'm definitely taking some photography lessons before I come back to the Magic.

I was still figuring out how to get good pics, so here are a few from that evening.

Here's our character pics from the evening, Cindy was the highlight and she was uber-cute.
DSC_2704.jpg

DSC_2690.jpg

The way Anastasia's make-up was done was hilarious, all so we could get this pic. Disney make-up magic at its best.
DSC_2693.jpg

Drizella said she was waiting for a proposal from Nolan...LOL.
DSC_2706.jpg

Sadly, no Stepmother this evening.

Ok, so here I would begin my unhappiness with character meals. I knew the food wasnt as high of quality as other TS you could get, but I was counting on the entertainment value of the characters to make up for it. But, alas, that was not to be here at 1900 tonight. Cindy was sweet and pretty and interacted with the kids. Prince Charming was not uber friendly and the step-sisters were so quick we would have missed them if we blinked. Now, I had Kenny the Pirate in my back pocket, I knew the things to say to them to get them interacting and it didnt work. It was like they had one eye on the next table before they even got to us. So, my rating on this one? I wont go back and I really wouldnt recommend it to anyone unless they had a serious love for Cindy and her crew, at least based on that nights experience. I was sad, because it was Mothers Day, and I had changed our Ohana ADR to do this one instead and instantly wished we had stayed with the original plan. Oh well, what does a girl do when disappointed? Go to Magic Kingdom, of course!

Continued in the next post...

Day 1, Part 6 - Best. Mothers. Day. Present. EVER.

After a disappointing 1900 Park Fare experience, we Mamarailed it back to the MK. The scattered showers held off, and we wouldn't be bothered by a chance of rain the rest of the week. The park in the evening was our favorite time to go. We decided to head to the left this time to this beautiful sight:

DSC_2721.jpg

We went to our
favorite ride from the last trip, BUZZ baby. We grabbed FPs and then got into the stand-by line which was 10 minutes at 7pm. And apparently, Im pretty competitive&look at this face!
47284040071.jpg

Again, Im going to do a plug for the Photopass+, it was worth every cent we paid! We got tons of Buzz photos, which I wont bore you with here, but they were all priceless and already Paid for.

We went to do the Astro Orbitor it was great sunset view of the MK from there. We all had a blast!

waiting in line

DSC_2735.jpg

DSC_2740.jpg

DSC_2738.jpg

DSC_2737.jpg

I will also do a little plug for Bonine. I have pretty severe motion sickness, and I usually take less drowsy Dramamine when traveling. This time I took one Bonine tablet each morning and I was NEVER drowsy and had zero motion sickness on any of the rides.

We dashed back to ride the amazing Buzz again. I got one of those magic targets and ended up getting a high score and outscored DS, so he was grumpy. But he would ultimately have the last Buzz laugh before we finished vacation.

The MUST HAVE vacation photo with the Castle lit up:
47284040077.jpg

So, here is where our normal early bedtimes worked against us. My kids are good sleepers and are usually out by 8:30 in the evenings, and just because we were in Disney didnt stop their little bodies from wanting sleep even with an afternoon nap. So after our Tomorrowland adventure, they wanted to go home but we got stuck with the 9pm MSEP at the hub. So, we didnt get great seats, and in fact we couldnt see much of anything and the kids ultimately sat down, leaned against me and fell asleep on a sidewalk in Disney surrounded by screaming people and loud music.

Love these headbands that used glow in the dark bracelets as mouse ears.
DSC_2749.jpg

So, after the parade, the original plan was for the kids to go with the grandparents back to the room for the night and DH and I would have date night for EMH at the MK. But, the kiddos were not leaving without their Daddy. Hes been working a lot lately, and they were attached to his hip all trip. He also was tired and Im sure wouldnt have been able to keep up with me that night. LOL. So, my highlight of the trip???

A night, by myself, enjoying EMH until 1am at the MK doing exactly what I wanted, when I wanted.
Best. Mothers. Day. Present. Ever.

IMG_20130512_204240.jpg

I was a little chilly and looked on Main Street for a cool sweatshirt, but didnt find one I liked. So I hiked it over to the bathroom close to Tomorrowland Terrace and when I walked out, I saw the Celebrate the Magic show and I was enthralled. I had read about, and thought, eh, projection on the castle, cool but not a must see. So, so, so wrong. It was Disney magic at its best. I had goosebumps and sat there with a perfect view, with a seat on the cement planter, and stared in awe. Best show I saw at Disney!

The pics are few and not well done since I sent my camera back with the backpack. So I just had my dying cell phone to take pictures.

IMG_20130512_204240.jpg

I walked straight over to POC, my other very favorite ride that I hadnt been on and walked onto to meet my favorite pirates.

IMG_20130512_214313_982.jpg

Selfie getting in the boat.
IMG_20130512_214603_282.jpg

I love the changes they made, which hadnt been there in 2009. When I first rode it at Disneyland in 1985, we went with my 16 year old cousin, who found a cute college guy to flirt with in the queue. Which was wicked long before the advent of FP. Our aunts were there, teasing her, and long embarrassing story short, they bought his USC sweatshirt off of him right there for $50 and gave it to my cousin. I wonder if she still has it? LOL.

Then I walked over to get my first EVER Dole Whip. I asked for a recommendation and loved it, pineapple & vanilla swirl ice cream in the pineapple juice. Serious love for that concoction. The pineapple juice with the melty ice cream is really an amazing concoction. The ice cream is good, but the juice takes it to a whole other level. I sat down and ate it while I watched the magical Wishes show. Sigh. I could not have been any more content at that moment, but there was more fun to be had.

IMG_20130512_220214_309.jpg

Then I hopped on the Jungle Cruise for a nighttime sail, which I've never done before. I highly recommend it, I enjoyed it even more than the daytime! I, sadly, had a pretty pathetic tour guide who had zero enthusiasm, almost zero voice, and the microphone kept flitting on and off. And, really, this ride is almost completely dependent on the tour guide. Still, I was happy to be there!

Afterwards, I walked around towards HM. I thought seriously about doing Splash Mt. and Thunder Mt. while I was there and didnt. Epic Fail on my part, because I never got another chance and I love those rides. I had promised DS I would ride them with him, and somehow I didnt want to disappoint him by doing it by myself first. WHAT? I must have been food drunk, because he wouldnt have known or cared. Anyways, I went back to Haunted Mansion because I was obviously NOT getting on that with the kiddos again. I rode it back to back. I LURVE extra magic hours. It was 11:30 and I wasnt even remotely tired yet, this coming from a gal that is passed out no later than 10 every night. It was the Disney adrenaline.

IMG_20130512_235033_092.jpg

I wandered around, and ended up at IASW and enjoyed a lovely trip around the world. It seemed different than the last time, and I recently read it has been refurbished since my last trip. It felt cleaner if that makes any sense. Anyway, I think this is the heart of the MK and I never miss a trip. I will say the boat ride did make me a little sleepy, but I refused to give in. BTW, I've started reading The Kingdom Keepers series and I may never be able to see IASW the same again, seriously creepy scene in there regarding this ride. FYI, I give the books 2 thumbs up for children's literature. I'll read them aloud to my kids when they get a little older.

IMG_20130512_233322_958.jpg

Onward to Enchanted Tales, because I was afraid that given the mad dash of rope drop, we wouldnt get a chance to see it. I still had to wait for the next show, but it was nice. I tried to make conversation with the family in front of me, but they were not interested, so I just looked around Maurices cottage. The show is well.....

Wow, just Wow.

Words cannot describe my love for this show. Now, I could be Belle in another life (I am a librarian and I am married to a Beast, LOL) and as a teacher I just loved the interaction with the kids. The CMs do a great job encouraging them and Belle was just perfection. I left hoping desperately I could get Finn in there to see it again with me.

I quickly thought about running over to Space Mt, but I had one more important DIS thing I had to do and I wanted time to enjoy it.

By now, it was 12:30am and time was winding down, but I was not leaving before getting the yumminess that is the Waffle Nutella Sandwich at Sleepy Hollow that Ive read so much about. Would Sleepy Hollow be open? Would they even be selling that sandwich?

The answer...

IMG_20130513_241601_679.jpg

YES! Thank you DIS for letting me know about this little jewel. A nice couple of CA was behind me and got some boring funnel cake. They saw mine and asked about it, so I spread the magic a little and they said they were coming back to get that tomorrow. It looked and tasted even better than I expected. I sat and ate the best thing I had at MK, gazing at the beautiful lit castle thinking that I was the luckiest girl in the world. I hope that someday I can repeat that amazing evening, which goes down in my history annals as one of the best nights of my life!

After stuffing myself with a 2nd dessert that evening, I wandered through the Main Street shops, found a dress I liked and should have bought at the time and began the short walk home to BLT. I felt completely safe, it was lit and there were other people walking as well. I collapsed in bed, thankful that the next morning wouldnt be so early.

What an awesome night at MK all by yourself. I have often wondered what that would be like.

What a nice time you had in the MK alone!

Thanks! Other than missing my Frontierland mountains, it was pretty perfect!

Absolute must-do in my book! Have a wonderful time.

What an awesome night at MK all by yourself. I have often wondered what that would be like.

Susan

Susan, you must absolutely do this at least once. I felt really selfish sending the kiddos back with everyone else, but it really helped me relax the rest of the vacation. I did the things I "had" to do, so it was ok if I didn't get to them with everyone else!

Thanks again for following me all you awesome posters and lurkers. You make my DAY! Look for Day 3 to begin hopefully tomorrow.

Day 3, Part 1 - A perfect beginning

Good Morning!
DSC_2752.jpg

Well, needless to say, after my night alone on the MK town enjoying the fruits of EMH, I slept like the dead. Only to be awoken by the adorable Mike Wazowski. This was, luckily, a much smoother morning. Finleys eye looked much better and we ate a very yummy breakfast in the room. I loved having a full kitchen to work with and the eggs, toast and yogurt lasted a good while in the parks too. The kids didnt get their Tinkerbell gift this morning as they fussed with each other too much the day before. I knew this would happen, so I created a Im sad note from Tink telling them she hoped they would be nicer to each other today. It worked like a charm, I tell ya.

I will say that this morning went so smooth, and I owe it all to the pre-planning I did in advance and all the TR's I read and blogs I perused. It was a lot of information to process, but eventually you sort it all out and it was worth all that time and effort.

We were on the monorail by 8:20 and off at Epcot just as the rope dropped with no waiting. Yeah, timing.

The talented Mary Blair! I loved these murals because I always found something different in it each time I looked at it.

Pascal's hanging with us today.
DSC_2762.jpg

So, here is an example of how my countless hours descending into the Disney magic paid off. I knew Epcot was awesome, I knew my kids would enjoy a lot of it, I also realized it was big so I knew I was going to have to chunk up our time there. Although, I will admit, Id forgotten just how HUGE that place was. I was the FPV and I booked it over to Soarin to get those very important FPs and then RAN over to Test Track to meet the rest of the family. On the way I did a quick reconnaissance to find out where our AAA storytime was being held at 10am. I got there just in time and walked into the lobby!

DSC_2769.jpg

DSC_2770.jpg

DSC_2771.jpg

This ended up being the family favorite! Seriously, my kids could not get enough of this ride. Now, none of us had ridden the old ride, so we didnt have any comparison in our minds and we loved the Tron-esque feel to it. But, really, dont we all just LOVE the final speed around the track. I saw the camera as we got outside and got a pose in. Another shout-out for FP+.

47195290006.jpg

We booked this vacation through AAA, so as a perk, they offered us a special storytime with one of the characters. I came this close to canceling this because I thought it would eat into our small amount of Epcot time, but Im SO GLAD we didnt. This was one of the most special moments of the trip. There was maybe 8 kids there in a small auditorium in Innovations West (I think). Finley knew exactly who it was going to be right away because of the animals on the backdrop&.any guesses???

DSC_2776.jpg

Thats right&.Snow White.
DSC_2781.jpg

Isnt she lovely? What an amazing princess she was. The kids enjoyed the story and then each kid got loads of one-on-one time and picture time, and they also got a signed bookmark and a free pin. Even my son loved it, as it made him feel really special. I would trade in all our character meals for this one interaction.

DSC_2808.jpg

DSC_2824.jpg

DSC_2829.jpg

With the free pin, I introduced the kids to Pin trading. Which, coincidentally, I was doing for the first time myself. I created some Pin Monsters, especially my daughter. But, those mickey backs are a nightmare. If you follow none of my advice, do this PLEASE, buy regular backs for the pins you want to keep!!!

We walked out and noticed the great Chip and Dale and the kiddos wanted to meet them. They were a hoot and a holler, I think they would be a great friend to be at the parks.

DSC_2833.jpg

Thanks to Kenny the Pirates new app, I told the kids some things they could ask them. So, Finn asked them which one had the best dance moves&.

it was Dale, of course!
DSC_2838.jpg

DSC_2843.jpg

Here I learned a valuable lesson, make sure you take pictures on your own camera (or have the PP do it) because the PP photos from this session never made it to my account. If I hadnt taken my own, Id have no record of this cute interaction.

Where did we head next? Did we make the Soarin' FP return time? And what part of Disneyworld is my son's favorite? All coming up next.

Wow, I'm just back at Mother's Day and I cannot believe how late you stayed out and that you finished 2 desserts!! NICE!! :)

And probably my favorite shirt for DD! Can you find Princess Leia? I actually added all the lightsabers to the princesses. I think she will LOVE it.

Joining in. I'm so enjoying hearing all about your trip. Bay Lake Towers looks fabulous. Sorry all the character meals you've had haven't been the best. I hope it gets better as the trip goes on.

Joining in. I'm so enjoying hearing all about your trip. Bay Lake Towers looks fabulous. Sorry all the character meals you've had haven't been the best. I hope it gets better as the trip goes on.

Welcome and Thank you! :goodvibes Bay Lake, for me, was a highlight of the trip itself. There are other hotels I want to try, but they have a lot to live up to in my mind.

Oh my gosh! I was so far behind. I hope I remember all my comments but I want you to know that I have thoroughly enjoyed reading about your first day and a half.

That is so great that mousekeeping will even do dishes. We left a few things in the sink before completely not expecting them to touch them but they were washed and put away. Such an awesome touch.

Finley's smile at the BBB reveal was adorable!!

Bummer about the character interaction at 1900 PF. I would go for dinner if the step mother and the step daughters were worth the trip but you just never know.

What a great Mother's Day evening to enjoy EMH at MK on your own. I LOVE the fruit and nutella waffle!!! :) Oh, and a Dole Whip!!! Extra special!

How fun for your parents that the Dapper Dans interacted with them and recognized their first visit. :)
