*My DD's Prom ~ 03/07/09*

Goodness me, I'm shattered It's my youngest daughter's (Becky) Prom tonight, and it's been a mental evening. The kids started to arrive around 5pm. Their parents were welcome too, so the alcohol has been flowing for a while. The limo left around 6.20pm and they looked like they were having a great time (I was too, thanks to the white zinfandel and liebfraumilch )

Becky had a fantastic time at her Prom last night ~ talk about drama, her best friend Kelly came round to see her (she didn't want to go to the Prom), but as other kids arrived all dressed up and having their photos taken, it was obvious that she regretted not going. So with half an hour before the limo was due to arrive, we whisked her upstairs, found a dress, shoes, jewellery and some diamante things for her hair and she was ready to go. I had a quick word with the limo driver, who was happy to take an extra one, and she had no problem getting into the party. Becky was thrilled to bits that Kel could go. Here's Becky and Kelly before the transformation (which literally took minutes )
