My DD's first loose tooth

My 6yo DD finally has a loose tooth and I looked at it this morning and the permanant one in coming in behind it. We have a dentist appt today, do you think they will pull it???? I hope not I told her that I wouldn't let them. She wants it to come out on its own and it isn't really really loose yet.

My DD 5 yrs. just lost her first tooth a couple weeks ago! She has another one ready to go any day. She went to the dentist a week or two before her first one fell out and the dentist left it alone. FYI.
