Hope things are okay. It sure is a tough break what with just getting insurance and all. Hope she's still insurable, but I hope more for her safety and health .

Man, you've had a tough week or two, haven't you. I remember the week after I signed my papers, my car got flooded in a freak rainstorm in my neighborhood! And I remember thinking, God never hands us more than we can handle. So I said to God, "Give me everything you got, because I can handle it with your strength behind me". And He did. And I did!

Keep your chin up! Things WILL turn around.

Another update. I just talked with her and she's on her way to work. She's sore, but has no bruises. She was wearing her seatbelt and it did a good job. If it hadn't been for that big old car, she'd be in the hospital right now. Her door caved in against her, but didn't hurt her.
She said the police guessed that the driver was going about 60.

This hasn't hit me yet, I imagine it will once I see the car.

So glad she's OK. After watching those Institute of Highway Safety crash test... I shudder to think what would have happened were she not in a big car.
