Hi,

Is there an african-american family who were in the MK on Sept 1st last year with a very gorgeous son, aged around 12? We were on Tomorrowland Indy Speedway and my DD 10  made eye contact with him, and they spoke to each other at the end of the ride, he said to her 'Good race'. She was smitten, and was telling me this tale as we walked down the exit steps, when he walked past and shot her the most fantastic smile in the world.

A year later she still wants to know who he was! Please can anyone help to make a young British girl happy!! :love2:

Oh, that is so sweet. Wouldn't it be funny if they were Dis'ers too? Good Luck!

Thanks guys, DD was standing over my shoulder making me type that! LOL

I've told her, if its meant to be they'll meet again someday. You never know, the same family may be there again this sept when we are! Now that would be magic!

When I was in the 8th grade, my friend started dating an older guy. He was 18 and a sailor. She swore up and down that it was love and a couple of months later said that they were engaged. We laughed at her and, sure enough, a few weeks later they broke up when he went out to sea. :guilty:

Fast forward ten years. I was looking my old friend up on another website and came across her profile. Turns out she had bumped into her sailor a couple of years before and they started dating again. Things got serious, so she moved out to California, they got married, and had two children. :love2:

So....ya never know if that handsome young man will turn up again some day. I hope your daughter bumps into him again!!! :lovestruc

Ok, I have a true event.
When I was 17 yes 20 years ago, I was driving a street up from my house to see if the cute guy I knew who lived on that street was washing his car. Well, he wasn't home but a couple houses down, there was a guy who I hadn't seen, I had just seen his sports car and wondered who had that car and he was outside mowing the lawn. I looked at him and there was something different about him, I don't know if it was love at first sight or raging hormones, but I knew he would be in my life. Soon after, we officially met after driving by each other's house a few times.
We spent a lot of time together and went through a lot of things together thorough the years. Well, I moved and we lost touch. He got married and a couple years later, I moved back and he wasn't married anymore I heard and I called him, we saw each other one night for dinner and then I didn't hear from him again. Well, I moved on and married someone-I don't know what I was thinking, but I do have a beautifull DD-anyway a couple years had passed since the dinner, and I was about 7 months pregnant and my husband and I were in the mall, and who do I see? This guy and I couldn't go talk to him because husband would get jeaous, but he looked at me and smiled and looksed like he wanted to talk to me.
Well, 6 years pass. Hurricane Isabel had rearranged the house I live in and while the house was getting repaired, DD and I went to WDW for a few days. The first time we slept on a real bed in months(but we were still lucky to have a house left) and I had thought about this guy off and on since I saw him at the mall. Well. this is corny, but at the Polynesian Hotel, I was watching the fireworks, while DD was in Neverland club and I was thinking about how I wish I could talk to this guy again. A month later, the house was fixed and I was able to get a new computer and the first night I hooked it up, I went to Classmates.com and saw his name, which before the hurricane wasn't on there. I wrote him and he told me that night we went to dinner, he had lost my number and was trying to call all sorts of numbers and then at the mall we couldn't talk. So anything is possible. And I don't know what the future holds, but I do know that I am not taking things for granted like before. And the guy who I originally wanted to see, well, he couldn't compare.
