My oldest son was the quietest child I have ever seen! He is still a very quiet person.....doesn't talk very loud or very often. I am losing my hearing in my right ear and his voice is so low that I frequently have to ask him to speak up, which seems to drive him nuts! 
However....youngest son talked constantly from birth until about 6th grade! There have been days when I told DH I did not think I was going to survive his childhood! I was so glad when he started school!! As a matter of fact, he had 2 years of preschool just to keep him busy.....and his preschool teacher commented on his ability to talk without seeming to take breath!!
Come to think of it....this one talks in his sleep, too!!
