My Daughter is So Disappointed

My girls (9 and 12) went to Cedar Point this summer and they prefer attractions and fun lines to what Cedar Point offered. They love coasters but the lines at Cedar Point can be pretty intimidating unless you can go in the off season. And we have to admit that Ohio weather in the off season can be pretty bad. So maybe, just maybe Disney has done research and knows who they want to attract and get to spend money and they are taking the good business route. I know that so much more goes into this stuff outside of opinions.

Cedar Point has great coasters, but I rarely go, walking from long line to longer line all day just doesn't appeal to me. I know many who love it, it just isn't my thing. There are amusement parks all over the country that offer great thrill rides, I don't understand why Disney could/should be another one.
For a thrill park person Disney will never be able to compete with some place like CP.

OK, I live in the UK and the states is a big place right? Anyhoo just googled cedar point and wow scary man. Looks awesome.
. . . Cedar Point is just fabulous for coasters and thrill rides
. . . it wins Best Amusement park almost every year from ACE
. . . if a thrill-junkie, you NEED Cedar Point
. . . I have worked on some coasters for design rehab, and they just keep getting better-and-better
. . . and, they put a new one in every 2-3 years, not like 4-5 for WDW

As a 20 year old male, I can deffidently say that MK needs some more dude friendly attractions.
. . . maybe with buying Marvel, they will introduce hero rides
. . . but, not soon
. . . WDW caters to the Little girls and princesses
. . . that is where the parents spend their money
. . . just look at the ratio of clothes and rides for girls and boys
. . . sure, they started some MINOR boy-stuff, but they didn't go overboard
