My countdown ticker isn't counting down

I'm having a lot of trouble with my countdown ticker, in that it doesn't move. I've used several different countdown sites and none of them work, so the problem must be on Disboards. I've never run into this issue before and I've done numerous countdowns over the years. Please help me figure out what's going on, thanks!

Sorry but I believe tickers are broken and have been for quite a while. There have been a few threads in the past couple of years about it.
