Hey everyone!
Sorry I haven't made many costumes recently, I've been SO busy I couldn't keep up with everything. I'm going to finish my request and thanks for all the comments.

I use Flash CS3 (for drawing) + Photoshop (for coloring and effects) to create the costumes, I get my character in an empty room and take several screenshots of them in different clothing. I save all screenshots as different layers in one Psd and use them to make more costumes in the future. Hope that helps?
