My co-worker is a fountain of misinformation!! 5/14 the day has come page 130

Oh, my gosh - I stuck my head into this thread to see what it was about today, and have managed to be totally unproductive this afternoon.
This is hilarious!!! And I've only made it to page 40.........
Can't wait to read more!

Welcome to my so called professional life!! There are quite a few giggles on this thread from a lot of people.

I want to say she went camping, they rented a cabin..I don't know I was half listening. I'm sure there will be whines about cows, and cheese and the weather and...

Don't forget mosquitos and ticks. There are plenty in the wilds of Wisconsin. Maybe she'll come back with malaria or lyme disease.

You have my deepest sympathy - you must be incredibly patient. I have to agree w/ many of the posters - I would've had to slap the snot out of her by now...... (of course, she does provide a good source of entertainment)
Oh, and my condolences to you for your loss.

I've got 2 stories that I just heard this morning at a meeting. They are both about the same person in one of our branch offices.

First story: We installed an update to our network software a few months ago in this office. It now requires that users select a challenge question to answer if they need to reset their password. Two days after this was installed, this woman calls my Network Administrator to say that she has forgotten her password. He asks her if she tried to use the challenge question yet. She said that she did, but it doesn't like her answer. So, he asks what her challenge question is. She said that it was her mother's maiden name. He asked her if she knew her mother's maiden name and if she could type it in for him. This conversation goes on for a few minutes with him trying to figure out why it won't work for her. Suddenly, she realizes that she didn't respond to the question with her mother's maiden name. She used her mother's nickname instead. When she typed this, she got into the system.

Second story: Our Branch Administrator has been out to this office a few times a month since it opened last November. He participated in the branch setup, etc., with the staff. So, he's there two weeks ago and she asks him if he'd bring a form back to the corporate office for "John Doe" to sign. He said, "sure!" He took out his pen and signed it for her. She had no idea who he was even though she reports to him!

Not much talk about the vacation. Tells me she didn't see one cow while they were in Wisconsin. Now if any of you have ever been even close to the state, you KNOW there are cows along the interstate.

BUT!! She is thinking of crashing a wedding this weekend. Friend of the family's daughter getting married. I can hear her on the phone with her friend askin' all sorts of questions about the wedding, making it very clear that she wasn't invited. Then calls her dh and says she has all the info. on the wedding. Long pause and then says, "No of course she won't mind if we just show up, there will be plenty of room."

She never, ever ceases to amaze me.

Whoa. That's crazy even for her.

DH's cousin is getting married on Friday night. The wedding isn't in PA, is it? If it is, I'll be on the lookout for her!

How weird of her to crash a wedding! :scared:

My kids weren't invited to the reception, but they'll be at the church. They are older and won't cause a raucus, and I got the ok from our aunt to bring them along. I wouldn't think of having them crash the reception, though.

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh I can't wait until the follow up for this one on Monday on the complaints about how there is no food for her at the reception or how the food was bad etc........

I wonder if the cows thought she'd gone crazy because of her Mooing....they probably thought, "Hey Lady, that's our our job." "SHadddup!"

When I first read the title I couldn't breathe from laughing so hard. Than I read the post. That's when my mom started asking me if I was okay because I didn't look like I was breathing.
