My co-worker is a fountain of misinformation!! 5/14 the day has come page 130

Well, the milk *will* curdle when it hits the stomach, but milk ALWAYS curdles when it mixes with stomach acid -- the fever has nothing to do with it. The presence of milk in the stomach doesn't make you throw up, it just makes for a nastier cleanup experience when you do.

My Dh says this is right up there with daylight savings time adding an extra hour of daylight and messing up the weather patterns!! (There is a lady in Arkansas that actually believes the government controls how much daylight there is!! :lmao: We have a copy of her letter to the editor!)

The woman is a complete and utter moron. She IS very entertaining, however! :lmao:

She also was surprised the first time she saw real deer because they were fuzzy and the ones in her yard weren't. Yes, her lawn ornaments were made of plastic. No, she never got it. :rotfl2:

That is just so funny.

Good thread. I have a few stories that'll fit in nicely, but let's start here...

A good friend of mine ran a large video rental chain here in Boston. He fed me stories collected by his staff all the time, but one of the most memorable was the guy who went into the store hours ahead of an incoming blizzard and rented six movies at once because...."I want to have something to do if the power goes out."

That is a really good one.

I wish you would post that letter!!!:rotfl:

Okay, I've been reading this thread for the last two months and I have to ask:

Who was dumb enough to hire this woman in the first place?

So If I have a fever I can eat my Ramen noodles raw???

That person is no longer with the company. Big surprise!!:rotfl:

Just think of what you could do if this whole having a fever heats stuff up thing was true. We'd all be walking toaster ovens!!!

Wha..?? It just gets better and better with MI!!

Huh!? :confused3 :rotfl:

Does that mean if she drinks water, it will begin to boil in her belly?!

Well, then she can eat some tea leaves and make tea. Saves the time in drinking it since it is already in the belly!

Yeah, I was thinking of eating some raw eggs and seeing if they would get scrambled in my stomach. :rolleyes2

These are so funny!!! You should ask her how mnay states there are. I love asking that question, you wouldn't believe how often people say 52 or 48! :rotfl2:

I always was fighting with my ex-stepfather about this one. And then of coarse he was god so my mom always said he was right there is 52 states and I tried so many times to show them on the internet there was only 50 states. But the info must be wrong.

Today's installment.

Her granddaughter is sick again. She tells her dil not to give the baby any milk, because she has a fever. Why, you may ask... because the fever will curdle the milk in her stomach and make the child sicker. :confused3

Seriously this is the funniest one of them all!:rotfl:

:rotfl: One time this girl said to me "How are we supposed to know how many states there are when they keep adding more every year?" :lmao:

Miss Info What?!?!

ME Are you mooing?? and going sst, ssst?

Miss Info Oh yeah that's me, I do that when I'm not feeling well. It makes me feel better.

ME ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?!? (Now I think she's just trying to break the tension of month end)

Miss Info Yeah I'm serious, it makes my husband nuts.

 :sad2:  :upsidedow

*blink blink blink* Evil Genius, I would have nothing to say to that but I would sure think to myself... "It makes my husband nuts"??? UH, LADY... You're at WORK! What about your co-workers?
