I have made the following life changes:
At first I lost 9 pounds but I have gained it all back. I am not too bothered because I can see the difference in my clothing. Maybe I am building muscles.
I also try to do 45 minutes of cardio each day.

I have made the following life changes:
- Drink skim milk
- eat fiber one cereal every morning
- eat 3 to 4 servings of fruit a day
- drink 4 or 5 17 oz. water bottles a day
- take fish oil tablets twice a day
- I have stopped eating pasta (white)
- I have limited my intake of packaged cheeses - this is killing me
