tommorrow.. I started out at 2000 calories and 65 grams of fat.

now it will be 1800 calories and 60 grams of fat...That will be hard because Im use to 2000 calories...

I also weigh in monday for fitday.com

My mom told me to weigh in the morning cause that is your true weight..

I try to keep my calories under 1500/day. I find 1500 maintains my weight, 1200/1300 helps me loose
Doc has me at less than 30% fat. Im also watching my sodium - some days easier than others. By wks end Im averaging under 3000
Fitday definately helps me keep track of it all
 
I usually find myself eating below 1200 and I know that is not good. I try to make myself eat at that amount. Right now I have had breakfast and lunch and am at 547. With Atkins I am just not hungry, yet I do eat. Now, that is when I am really sticking to my guns and doing my exercising and water drinking too. I just find I have less time to worry about eating and it certainly helps. There are days that are over that, just not as many. (Weekends usually are my increased consumption days.) Days that I find I want to eat more, I drink more water and if that doesn't help, then I eat a little more. so far my day looks like this on fitday.com:

Sat: 13 115 21%
Poly: 14 126 23%
Mono: 10 94 17%
Carbs: 16 49 9%
Fiber: 3 0 0%
Protein: 34 136 25%
