What would you suggest for me at Epcot? I'm looking very hard at the Rose and Crown (hoping they would let me see the fireworks 
), Bistro de Paris (never been), Chefs, Tokyo Dining (never been), and the Coral Reef (never been.)
I have Le Cellier down for lunch already, and I have an ADR for Chefs later in the week. I'm staying off-site, so no DDP, but I am aware of the prices at each restaurant.
Also, when/how do I let them know this is a special occasion?
