My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding

I am watching a marathon now and all I have to say is that the one girl, Josie's bachelorette party (all underage nonetheless) outfits look like they belong in a strip club!! Incluing the mother's! I wouldn't even know where to find clothing like that!

And I am dying to know how much they pay for those monstrosities ... ahem ... wedding dresses. Unfortunately, the one woman wouldn't reveal the cost! And I find it funny that these girls can't walk in some of these dresses.

On this episode, they're also showing a communion and the dress weighs more than the little girl! Poor thing can barely walk in it. The kids are in a limo all by themselves (or so it seems) and they're all having fun except for the communion girl! Awwww ... and all the other little girls in their far more simpler communion dresses are laughing at this little girl.

I read about that! In the episode I just saw they said that many legitimate businesses won't deal with them.

Well, if that one girl lied about her wedding and wasted that dressmaker's time and money (also for airline and hotel tix to Ireland for the ceremony), can you blame legit businesses for not wanting to deal with them? I am surprised that girl is ripping off the one gypsy wedding dress maker who is willing to deal with them!!!

I can't help myself - I am hooked on this show!
It's hard to describe how I feel watching this show. It is fascinating yet upsetting to me.

It *IS* hard to describe, isn't it?!?!

Sort of akin to the train wreck; know you shouldn't be watching, but you just can't seem to tear yourself away!!
Guilty pleasure is what I call it - not something I would admit to most people that I watch!
