My baby is 5 years old today

I can't believe my baby is turning 5 yrs old today! Where did the time fly off too???
Seems like just yesterday he was coming into my life. He was, still is my miracle baby, in more ways then one. First we went through inferitily treatments & I wasn't sure if we were ever going to have a child in our lives.
Second, he had a traumtic birth where he and I could have died. Thankfully we both came through it OK.

Hard to believe 5 years ago today I met my beauitful 10 lbs 2 oz, 23 inches baby for the first time!

He amazes me everyday

Well we (just I & DH) were going to take him to chuck e cheese for lunch but we were at the doctor's office instead. Poor little guy developed an ear infection & it was bothering him a lot.

So we went out & brought a diary queen ice cream cake & we will have that after supper. He will open his presents & we will have a nice little birthday celebration.

On Saturday he is having a birthday party with some of his friends at the bowling alley. I put the order in for the Scooby Doo cake he requested.

Yes, they sure do grow up fast. I look at dd's and can't believe they will be 9 and 7 soon. It's amazing watching your kids grow and change isn't it?

I hope he enjoys his day despite that pesky ear infection. Btw, my youngest dd was 10lbs 3 oz!
