My After-Thanksgiving Vacation Pre-Trip Report!!!

Disney ~ here we come!!!

After reading so many pre-trip reports, I decided to start one of my own.... this is the second time that DH and I along with another couple will be traveling to see the Mouse. This is my fourth trip and DH's second.

Hopefully, this year the castle will not be dressed like a cake! (we were there in 1997). DH was so disappointed, as the castle was this big pink cake!

Our trip will begin on 11/25/07 and end on 12/2/07... little does he know that Disney will be prepared for Christmas!!! Could the castle look like a big christmas tree?

The cast:

DH1 (35) ~~ Disney boy, enchanted by castle
My Girlfriend ~~ enchanted by Tinkerbell
Her DH2 (my DH's high school friend) ~~ enchanted by Disney

DH and I have been married since 2003. We've been together for 11 years. We ventured to Disney our first time in 1997. We stayed off site at the Radisson. It was a great vacation. This one is going to be even better, with the dining plan and the magical luggage delivery and going with our friends. We will be staying at Port Orleans French Quarter with the dining plan. My DH(1) and DH(2) are going to have so much fun! They will probably not sleep....

We have 49 days to prepare for our trip! I cannot believe it. Where is my luggage! Who is going to feed my cat!!! I am not ready... but soon I will see Belle and the Beast! I cannot wait! I need to figure out what the weather will be and what I need to pack. DH will be packed in 2 seconds with just his swimming suit! (What he packed when we went to Vegas... don't worry, I'll be finishing the packing!)

Our to do list:

Get my picture taken with the Beast and Belle
(DH) to have his picture taken with ALL princesses

We have an itinerary... I just have to find it.

Oh! Disney here we come!!!

We will be there the same time as you guys...Nov 26 to the 30th...but at the BCV...we really like POFQ for the smallness compared to POR.


My DD is ready to leave tomorrow but we leave 7 weeks from tomorrow hard to get her to understand that...just to excited.

Here is our Itinerary ~~

Day 1 (11/25/07) arrive around 11:30am Downtown Disney -- Begin my hunt for disney pins....
Day 2 (11/26/07) Animal Kingdom
Day 3 (11/27/07) Minature golf and Magic Kingdom (we have tickets for Very Merry Christmas!)
Day 4 (11/28/07) MGM
Day 5 (11/29/07) Epot (tree lighting ceremony)
Day 6 (11/30/07) Sea World (I know we are going off disney property, but I love sea world!)
Day 7 (12/1/07) This is a free day that we can go back to one of the parks, I'm thinking about getting another ticket for sea world
Day 8 (12/2/07) Our flight is not until 9:00 p.m. so I'm planning on going back to the magic kingdom

Now, I've reviewed some of the last year's christmas pictures, and I'm getting a little nervous that DH will think that it is too Christmasy... I'm going to love it, but I'm not sure Dh will... oh well... there is always next year, right?

We will see what he thinks... now onto what will I pack? What is the weather going to be like?

DH called telling me that the UPS guy dropped off the tickets for DISNEY!!!
i am so excited... We went through AAA and everything is highlighted (they gave us a list of the opening and closing times), we have coupons for miniture golf, planet hollywood.... we have the express luggage tags!!!

I have to remember to pack the very merry christmas tickets and to buy seaworld tickets!!!!

Soooo excited!!!!
