These are our ADRs. Is this a good variety of food? Anything we'll hate? We've been to Biergarten and Sanaa. We've already done Akershus and we're trying CRT in March at my DDs' request. Everything else is knew to us.

Day 1: DTD/T-Rex
Day 2: MK/CRT (lunch)
Day 3: DHS/Chef Mickey's (dinner) - I also have a Kouzzina ADR for dinner b/c I want to go to the Boardwalk and we love Mediterranean food. But my kids want to eat with Minnie. WWYD?
Day 4: Epcot/Biergarten (dinner)
Day 5: AK/Sanaa (dinner)
Day 6: MK/Crystal Palace (breakfast) and Ohana (dinner)
Day 7: Epcot/La Hacienda de San Angel (dinner)
Day 8: Unknown Park/No ADRs/Return Home

My only comment relates to the choice of the Biergarten. You say that you have been before, but you didn't say whether you found it a life-altering experience that you are dying to repeat. If so, go for it. If not, then there are sooooo many other places in Epcot to try (almost all of which are better, in my opinion) than the Biergarten. Don't get me wrong. I have eaten my share of lunches there. But for dinner, maybe you'd like to try something different. Tutto Italia. Via Napoli. Chefs of France. Teppanyaki to name a few.

As for Chef Mickey vs. Kouzzina...apples and oranges. If your kids insist on eating with the mice, there is little you can do. Obviously the selections and quality of food are going to be night and day. But when my daughter was "of that age", we would grin and bear it and do the character meal thing because you are at WDW after all. Not like you can't get good Med food back home. But where else can you dine with the mice. Fortunately, my kid has grown out of that and become quite the foodie. So now when we go, we take only quality into account and not characters.

Thank you. That comment is very helpful - it puts things in perspective. This is the choice I'm agonizing most over. I really wanted to check out the Boardwalk and Kouzzina.

Biergarten was a must repeat for the entire family. The food is good, not amazing, but the atmosphere is SO much fun. And it's something we can't do here. :goodvibes

Suggestion: We did Ohana for Breakfast and it was GREAT!!! Lilo and Stitch were playing with my dd and it was the best of all of our Character meals. It might just satisfy your dd enough and let you eat at Kouzzina

Chef Mickey and Crystal Palace were great for dinner. It looks like you are all set for with your ADR's. If you get a chance to go to Earl of Sandwich and get some cookies...they were SOOOOOOOO GOOOOOD!!! Especially, the oatmeal raisin.

Have a great trip.
