My ADRs and a Candlelight Processional ?

I called this morning at 180 days out to book my ADRs for arrival 11/25. We are myself, DH. DB.SIL and niece(8) and nephew(5).We are staying at SSR in a 2 bdrm so we will have a kitchen to prepare light meals. We have DDE so will not be on DDP. I booked Chef Mickey's for arrival night (first time here) Wanted 6:30pm got 6:20. For 11/26 got the Princess breakfast at Epcot wanted 8:30am and got it (again first time here), I also booked Breakfastasaurus at AK for 8 am on 11/28. We always go to the Candlelight processional when we are there this time of year. It will be just me and DH. We always buy the pkg. THis year I booked Le Cellier for 8:00pm on the night we plan to go. If I buy the pkg I can't use the DDE so we are considering just waiting in line for the 6:45 show what do you think of that idea. For those of you who have done that how long did you wait in line? Thanks for the info.
