My ADR was cancelled!

Hello!
Our family is going with another family. I got CM on a Saturday AM, I kept looking and finally got one for the other family. I put it in her name but my CC and email. It's not on my profile any more! Would they cancel that on me?
Now nothing is open that day at all!
I cancelled the other one I made for her when I got this one!

I'd call back with the ADR # that you think got cancelled and have them re-instate it if they wrongly cancelled on you.

It may be that the system saw you already had an ADR linked to your email and I'm pretty sure you can't have two seperate ADR's within so many minutes of each other. The site will give you an error saying you already have an ADR in that time frame and that you have to cancel 1 of them. The only way around that would be to book the 2nd ADR under a different email

If they take place during the same meal, then Disney's reservation system says that you have two reservations and will cancel one. I think, if you hadn't linked your reservations, then this wouldn't have happened. I would call Disney Dining to see if they can help you.

First you should check on the website again. Use the option that says "find missing reservation" and put in the confirmation # when prompted. If it is still not there, call tomorrow. Usually if there are conflicting reservations the system alerts you, but we all know it can be wonky some times. Good luck.

Thank you! I called and it's all set. Don't know why it didn't show. I was getting alot of errors tonight on the site anyway...thank you!

I saw some posts today about people having trouble with the ADR site. Glad you got it worked out!
