I guess you guys agree with my 11 yr old ds. We were having a debate today - I think he was a set up, he thinks he was for real. Whatever he was, he was entertaining. We were singing and doing the dance moves today.

i loved the "she bangs" guy! ive been imitating him a lot myself. he had so much spirit, and i felt so bad for him...sometimes i want to give simon a kick in the butt. i have to go check out his fanpage!

I loved how he had a whole dance to go with it! My DD was watching the tape from that night, and now she's in the living room singing and dancing along with him!

OMG someone in Hollywood needs to sign him to a deal. His perfomance was classic. DH, DH's twin and I cannot stop signing "She Bangs". My hubby can do the entire routine just as William Hung and everytime I see him do it I die in laughter. I would pay to see him do an entire Ricky Martin concert. His performance has got to be one of the funniest moments so for in 04 on television. By the way watching in on Tivo makes it even funnier.

Now I think I want to watch my tape again! lol! Ryan said at the begining that he was the next Keith (Like A Virgin guy from last season... "the worst singer in the world") and this guy doesn't even come close!!! Keith was just all sorts of wrong. This guy was cute and so sincere!!! And yes, he got the song stuck in my head too.

Wow! I can't believe so many people loved this kid like we did. My dd said everyone in school was immitating him, and all of us at work were immitating him all day long.

My 7 yr old DS is singing away too. He is also asking about sex! He asked someone what "she bangs" means and was told it was about sex so he decided to ask mom out of the blue, "what is sex?"
