My 1st trip report

I apologize in advance if I'm unable to keep up with this, but I'm here now. It's me, my 7 months pregnant wife, DS12 and DD15. We will be here til Sunday morning. Don't expect much from this report. No pics, and low quality reporting cuz I'm using an iPod. We drove from Indiana. Left last night around 5pm, arrived at CSR about 5 pm today after a brief overnight stay in TN. We requested Cabanas online. They gave us ranchos but after I asked they gave me Cabanas. We had a Happy Anniversary message from Mickey & Minnie when we got in the room. It is looking out onto the parking lot but that's ok. Resort seems pretty full. Decor is nice but room doesn't seem as nice as POFQ but I'll reserve judgment til I've had a chance to take it all in. Staff is nice. Family thought we were going to POP but I surprised them. They seem happy. We visited MK from 7-12. CMs there were largely rude with the exception of BTMRR and Casey's CMs. Speaking of Casey's, we ate there on honeymoon last year and it was awesome. We musta got lucky or maybe we just got unlucky this time cu it was late. Stale bun, nasty dogs. All agree. I'm waiting to see which orifice it comes out 1st! Btw, it was gay days which is fine but I wish I was informed they largely agreed to wear red before I picked out my clothes! I shoulda wore the gray one. My daughter thought it was funny. Park was pretty crowded but tolerable. Got to ride Splash during fireworks! Amazing! but then got stuck on it several times. Lights even came on once after waiting about 10 mins. Hoping tomorrow at AK goes better. Kids have never been. I spose that's all for now!

One more thought about last night...how many people do you suppose have killed themselves after having to listen to the parade music on a loop? I've never seen Spectromagic but it's time to bring it back. As far as CSR, I don't hear neighbors talking, I can hear some people walk by but that's to be expected, I am hearing some toilets flush but...man those beds are incredibly comfy! I brought my own pillow so I can't judge those but the bed itself is fantastic!
