My 14-21 which 2 days are best? Suggestions Please!!!

We are planning 2 days the week of May 14-21. I think I read thatSunday seems to be a pretty quiet day. I was thinking Sunday the
15th and Wednesday the 18th. We are super excited to go. Do you think these days will be ok crowd-wise? We could change if necessary. Thanks for any help!
