We are planning for MVMCP next year and I was wondering if they had ingredient lists for the cookies and cocoa and/or any possibilities to get divvies type cookies instead if the regular ones don't work? For MNSSHP I was able to request nut free candy in advance through special diets which you pick up at Town Hall. Thanks for any help.

I was able to get fruit. I think packages of grapes.

It was over a year ago, so I am a bit foggy. At the time there were a ton of girls from China working in Fantasyland. I just asked them at the cookie distribution in Harbor House if they had "anything" else--they quickly handed me a ton of those little packages that can be in the kids meals. I promptly handed back half of them. I don't know if this was the planned substitution, or if I just got lucky. I didn't try anywhere else--two packages of grapes is more than enough sugar for me. :)

They offered apple slices when I was there in Nov and I think it was a gluten free brownie. My son couldn't eat it and I can't remeber if it was because of his nut allergy or his egg allergy. I couldn't find anywhere that offered the divies but I didn't bother going to City hall because my son was only 22 months and was happy with apples (as was I because I thought the regular cookies were yucky!)

We went to the party in Dec 2010 and we were offered fruit , gf brownie or gf choc cookie. My dd is a little strange and was very happy with the fruit :)
We went to a couple of different stations and they all had the various options and were very good at letting us know what was available.
Hope that helps x

I'm glad to know that they offer allergy friendly treats for MVMCP! I was bummed out when I went to MNSSHP and we did the trick or treating--I could only eat about 1/4 of what was there.

Thanks to those who gave more info allergy friendly stuff at MVMCP! :thumbsup2

Thanks so much for the info :) glad to know we can all enjoy a treat together.

My kids have lactose intollerance and milk allergies, but they offered juice as well with the cookies. The cookies were not packaged by the way so you can't read ingriedients. Me? I ate the cocoa and a few cookies!
