Just called and got my tix for MVMCP on 12/8. CM told me they are no longer being mailed. You have to pick them up. Anyone else hear this?

My CM told me that I would get them in the mail. I did have to pay an additional charge (I think it was 3 dollars) to get them to be mailed. If you don't want to pay the charge then I think your only option is will call pickup

He didn't mention a discount. It is $41.46. He started to say it would be $3.00 for maling and then backed up and said, " Oh that's right we're not mailing them anymore."

I just finished ordering 7 tickets for MVMCP on Dec 4 using the AP discount (what a deal!), and they are being mailed.

I was told mine would be mailed (no AP) for $3. That was this morning.

Thanks for all your replies. I think I will call back today and see if I can get them mailed. It would just make life easier.

I've had them mailed and I've had the tix not mailed. I wished I had saved the $3 and not had them mailed because when they were mailed, I had them sent to my office and I never received them. The tix came in on a day when I was out and some "Kind" soul slid them into my desk drawer but never left me a note that they had done so. For weeks, I watched and waited for my tickets. I finally called and was told I could pick them up from Guest Relations once I arrived.

I picked up the tix and it was a very simple procedure. Should have saved myself the $3. :flower:

I did find the "Missing" tickets when I was cleaning out my desk a few weeks later when we moved to a new location. :goodvibes

Actually, it is so much easier to just pick the tickets up because these events are so far away that it can be way easy to misplace them between now and then.

Where do you go at the MK to pick up your tickets? I ordered 5 for 12/4 with the ap discount and was told I could pick them up at the park any time during our week long stay. I forgot to ask where!

TravelinTots- you should be getting a call from Disney shortly. I was told mine would be mailed and I used the AP discount then a few hours later they called back to say all tix bought with an AP discount had to be picked up at guest services. They refunded my CC the $3 mailing fee.

sorry - HOCKEY Mom - didn't mean to call you a hokey mom! Thanks for the info

Mine are being mailed and I was tolad nothing about a mailing fee :sad2: My total was the exact total of 2 adult and 2 child tickets.

Same here.
I am very confused now. I was told they were being mailed. She confirmed my mailing address twice, and now I am hearing that if you got the AP discount you have to pick them up at will call??? :confused3

I can assure you they are mailing them as I received mine 2 days ago and I live in Canada! (Toronto specifically)
I was charged an extra $3 and they arrived on Wednesday via DHL. WooHoo!

Thanks, this makes me feel better! :)

Just a word of caution, if you are picking up your tickets @ will call, GO EARLY!!! or the day before if possible.
We arrived at the MK at 7 PM (not our fault we had to wait over 1 hr for a bus from BW; we were at the bus stop @ 5:20) and there was a line at Guest Services that went back to the monorails! Actually there were several lines that had to filter into the 1 line for GS, because everyone decided to make their own lines. My BF went to the turnstiles (along with several other people) and complained about the wait, and missing party time, which turned out to be an even bigger disaster. There was no coordination and nobody seemed to know what was going on, even a manager that they brought out. Long story short, they let us in with our confirmation, but we did not even get into the park until 7:45...
Having said all that, I'm not sure if we just hit it at a really bad time, or if this was a consistent problem, or if they have improved the process...
