Yes, you can. We had a reservation for BOG the evening of our party. It was decorated for Christmas and we were seated right next to the tree. It was so pretty. When we were done, the party was just starting!
Regarding making FP+ on your party tickets. You can open a separate MDE account to make the FP+, but you will then need the physical, plastic party tickets to utilize those FP+ as they won't be attached to your resort magic bands. You may already know this, but wanted to mention it just in case.
