MVMCP not showing on MDE ititerary

My FerryTale Wishes Cruise is showing but not the MVMCP. Is there a way to get this attached? I have the hard tickets, but don't they scan your MBs to see if you are allowed in the park that night?
 
You can link the hard tickets to MDE. You can also use the hard tickets to enter the party. Not everyone going to the party will have MB's
