MVMCP Dining options

My daughter and I will be attending MVMCP on Nov 29th and I was wondering what QS restaurants were going to be open on party evenings. I seem to recall there being a thread about it but i cant find it anywhere. Thanks in advance!!

I would caution you against eating during the party. You should be able to get into MK around 4 PM so I would eat dinner no later than 5/5:30 PM. Columbia Harbor House is one that lots of people here like to eat at but I'm not sure what time they close before the party. They will be serving cookies and cocoa during the party.

I think the standard CS's that stay open for the party are Cosmic Rays in Tomorrow Land and Pecos Bills in Frontierland. Pretty much every other CS place will close at regular park closing if not before. I think Casey's stays open and possibly Sleepy Hollow but that's about it from what I remember. Definitely try to get your dinner out of the way before the party starts to maximize your party time. If you get hungry you can always grab some of the Cookies & Cocoa that they give out during the party.

We always go to Peco's Bills in Frontierland when eating QS at MK. Like one of the PP said, I would eat around 5pm or so before the party to avoid the crowds.

Last time we went to MVMCP, we hopped the monorail from MK over to EP, had dinner about 6:00 at Tutto and then hopped the monorail back to MK. Then while at the party, we enjoyed cookies & cocoa periodically throughout the night and had a YUMMY turkey leg from a cart while watching the parade. Good times!

Rather than spend party time eating, I agree that it's better to eat before it starts. During the party not a lot of places were open. Among the ones I remember were Cosmic Rays (limited menu), Pecos Bill, Casey's and Sleepy Hollow. I know Columbia Harbour House closed really early (somewhere around 5) to set up as a cookies and cocoa station during the party. Also Cosmic Ray's limited menu started around 6 PM.

Thank you for your replies, this will be our first MVMCP so we really have no idea what to expect !! We'll probably grab something at CHH as soon as we get in the park, its our favorite CS in MK.
