MVMCP dates for 2006?

I know they aren't out yet, but are the days that they do the MVMCP always on the same days of the week? So if we find the days from 2005, we can just assume the same days of the week for 2006? Reason for asking is DH and I are going to the World in early Dec and are planning to be at MK on Friday. We just want to make sure that that will be a MVMCP day.

Since we started going to MVMCP in 1996, it has been held on the same days of the week every year since. It opens the first Sunday after Thanksgiving , then Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays. I have not seen a change since our first party 10 years ago!

Same here. We will be arriving in the World and attending MVMCP the Thursday after Thanksgiving.

That works out great then! We had our dates all planned out and which parks we'd be at. Somehow we managed to accidently plan each park on a day of the week it is historically not as busy (according to Disney or allears or something). DH was afraid that they might not do the MVMCP on Fridays. Do they still do the fireworks?

Yes they do the Holiday Fireworks Wishes and it is a great show but not Wishes which I think is the best Fireworks show ever. It is always at the top of my list. If you want to see Wishes you need to go on anon party night. You can see the Holiday Fireworks from the beach which is what I plan on doing if I can't get a Wishes cruise.
