MVMCP compared to MNSSHP

I"m thinking of planning our next trip to go to MVMCP, but am curious if it's getting as crowded as the halloween party is. Our party night wasn't bad, but it was one of the few not sold out nights, and I've read that the sold out nights are pretty crowded. Is MVMCP the same way?
