Where can you pick up MVMCP Bands? Best place?

Edited to add: I mean the wristbands That allow party access. Sorry for confusion.

I assume you mean the party bands you wear while in the party and not the cards you use to get in. Once you present your card at the gate, you walk in and there are people standing there who give you the special bands. They put them right on your wrist for you. This is just inside the main gate.

If you mean the themed magic bands, I saw them in the gift shop by storybook circus for sure. I imagine they're available every place where the magic bands are sold.

Emporium, Big Top Souvenirs, Frontier Trading Post, and maybe a few other places. Only available during the party.

If you mean the Party Wristbands so that you can remain in the park after 7:00, you can pick those up st Tortuga Tavern or Stitch's attraction in Tomorrowland.
